All they do is turn your one time security fee (which covers move out expenses) into a monthly charge that covers nothing. I can find no benefit to the renter, other than the lack of upfront cost. LeaseLock does not help the renter at move out. All of the payments to lease lock go down the drain.

Enrolling in Zero Deposit was a lifesaver during my move! Instead of coming up with a big security deposit, I was able to use that money for other a moving company. The process was so simple and stress-free. I don't own a truck and would've been trying to move all of my things with 1 friend and a dog in 24 hours. It made moving into my new apartment so much more manageable. Thank you LeaseLock!

This place was recommended by an apartment complex I applied to. I got denied there for bad credit so lease lock was suggested. Lease lock denied me because I have bad credit. If I had good credit, I wouldn't need them. What a rip and waste of time!

Great customer service and very patient. It was hard getting in touch with them when they first open at 9am PST. There was also a lot of miscommunication between them and my property; therefore, things couldn't get done as quickly as I would've liked them to be.

Dont waste your time with these people. I was denied from the apartment I wanted for bad credit. I was referred to this place because they work with you and would go off your income more but instead spent 3 days sending them information just to get denied do to credit?? What a waste of time. I know I have bad credit thats why I got denied in the first place!!! Now im down $148 dollars in total for application with them and the apartment.

I filled out an application for an apartment. My application came back Conditional. Which made my application have to go to LeaseLock. LeaseLock then became the mediator between the property and I to get me in this beautiful apartment. They made this process that seemed frightening and overwhelming not so bad at all. They explained everything to me step by step. They returned my calls when I had questions. I was so amazed at the time they took with me. I then had an emergency situation in my family out of state, which didn't permit me to except the apartment. I had to let them know I was leaving and couldn't move in. They were so on top of things even with the process of returning my refund! I was so pleased with the whole experience. No questions went unanswered and the things I didn't understand were explained! I am a sticker about customer service. I can say hands down, BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! These are people who care about the customer. I give them a 10 STARS even though five is the highest we can go! Thanks LEASELOCK! YOU GUYS ROCK!

All of the people that I worked with at Lease Lock were so amazing. Everyone worked so hard to make sure that I had everything I needed to get the approval. Buster was a rockstar. Every time I called he knew everything about my case right off the top of his head. Customer service and the all-stars in underwriting (Chris, thank you!) were right on top of every detail and took the time to walk me through every nuance of information until I got through the process. Esther made sure to follow everything through right to the end. This company is full of awesome, caring employees!

The counselor, John, was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner. However, the process for providing payments was difficult and frustrating; not really sure why though considering that two separate options were provided for payment.

As a global student from China to United
states, my English level and typing speed is not as well as local people. But the assistant is very patient to wait and answer all of my puzzles and extrem ambigous point about the insurance content. I am very thankful to meet this assitant.

Lease Lock provides landlords assurance that their economic interests are covered in accepting Alt-A applicants.

Moreover, the Lease Lock staff is professional, courtesy, and does a thorough job. I've never seen an audit trail on a background investigation like I have with Lease Lock's report.
