Great learning app but was too easy for my seven year old. Perfect for younger children.

Paid for renewal of yearly subscription in June and grandkids have basically been unable to use the subscription since. This App has always logged out randomly, then when tried to re-log on said wrong password. But now when reset password, logged in and clicked on cihild’s name, got the blue screen of death. So $50 for an unusable App — and no contact info available.

I canceled my subscription long before time to renew and it still charged my card. Total bull s$&@

My daughter started Homer when she was 3 and I have seen her excelling in reading since then. I stopped using Homer in between, now she is 5 and have started it again!! She loves Homer!!

Horrible, the worst app I've ever experienced. Impossible to cancel because they know it's terrible. Stop charging me for something my child isn't interested in!
Do not get this app for your child. There's many other "educational apps that's worth the money".

Looks shady with no acces to your payment history nor you will know which credit card you used to make the payment.

I just wanted a very easy game for a 18 months old play safely but i did not find

You all charged me for service that I didn't use. I canceled the free trial before it ran out and y'all still charged me $10. And now y'all are trying to charge me ANOTHER $10 dollars. I want my first ten back and for the current transaction to be DISPUTED. I DID NOT APPROVE OF THIS. TAKE MY CARD INFORMATION OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM.

I wrote requesting a cancellation and again there was a $12.99 payment taken from my paypal. We have not accessed the site at all. My grandaughter mo longer has internet access and I have already explained and ask you to cancel even before payment was due.

Never used it never even downloaded the app and have been trying to cancel my trial for over a week, unable to contact anybody, and now they're trying to charge my card! I expect to hear from the company today!

We can be connected to our wifi and it’ll kick us off the little learning programs or won’t even start. We will try to connect through our cell service l, hoping it’ll work, and most times receive the same results. I thought there would be more vocals EXPLAINING colors, numbers, and such but it doesn’t.

I wasn’t sure if we would like this app but it is absolutely incredible. Very inclusive, great representation other many cultures races and life styles. It is so cute and fun! It is very educational and fun to do!

My son loves playing Homer which is perfect because it’s all about learning with each game played! Love that it shows you what he has accomplished
