Hi everybody, just got my certificate and I wanted to say it's one of the best learning period in my life.Our TEACHER, Ajub, is a great professional.I admire how he really loves his job (he is a professional interpreter) and how he taught us to love our job as well.Every lesson was a real journey to interpretation.Two hours passed so quickly. He paid attention to EVERY student, so if you want just to listen and relax, that won't work like this:) but if you really work hard, attend every lesson , you will pass the exam easily, trust me.In the end of the course you will have all the knowledge you need for passing the exam.The only thing which made me really upset is the fact our course had come to an end, I wish it would last longer :) In the future I am planning to study Level 6, and if course with LearnQ!

I have just completed the Level 3 Certificate in Community Interpreting course with LearnQ and my experience with them was excellent from start to finish. One of the reasons I chose this company to study with was the high standard of communication from the start. Even before I booked the course, they were friendly, patiently answered all my queries and tried to work round some obstacles that came up. They were clear about what my options were and very accommodating. Throughout the course, the admin staff was always accessible.

The format of the course and access to the course material was all extremely easy to use. Self-paced learning can sometimes feel substandard but the live sessions made up for this. I had Ajub as my tutor in a group of around 10, and I found his teaching methods very effective. His expertise was clearly demonstrated and he was always patient with us yet ensured we were all included and understood how we could apply what we were learning. The assignments and the references meant that reaching the suggested requirement of 80+ hours was well within reach.

All in all, completing this course was a great learning experience and confidence booster going forward in my career.

I found the lessons extremely valuable and even though it’s just seven weeks there’s a lot to learn. Obviously practice makes perfect however in the webinars you actually get to participate in all sorts of activities that challenge you and develop your knowledge in what interpreting consists of.
I would highly recommend this company as I have not experienced any issues and everything ran smoothly.
The exam experience was really great and the whole team is very supportive.

I have enjoyed the Level 3 Intepreting Community Course so much. The online sessions were very comprehensive and very interactive. This course is the most appropriate one to learn the intepretation skills and techniques and helping the community in need.
The Tutor Ajub Janbaz was one of the best tutors I have ever had. He explained the lessons carefully and professionally. Moreover he motivated the students during all the course, building their confidence.

Great atmosphere and very informative materials on the Community Interpreting course, thanks to the whole team! I'm giving five stars overall, therefore, I'd say some technical parts could have been improved a bit. For example, recorded webinars worked properly only in Firefox, and navigation on the website isn't really handy

The Level 3 Certificate in Community Interpreting was a very informative and useful course with experienced tutors. I just passed my exam today. And I can confidently say it was a fantastic course, I learned many new interpreting skills and techniques. I watched the recorded webinars and attended the live webinars; I recommend doing that. The tutors are helpful and knowledgeable.

Well I didn’t start the course yet but I’m happy with all the information I’ve received from Learn Q until now and also I’m happy with all the help and how quick they answer back to any questions I had until now .
