Update: learning tree were very proactive about the feedback, taking action to improve experience of future delegates and offered support/alternatives following my poor experience. This response makes me hopeful that my experience is an exception rather than a true reflection of the normal standard.

3 day course BCS Modelling Business Processes, training spend half the time just reading off the slides and then half of the time in breakout groups with minimal instruction and no support from the trainer.

Very difficult to maintain any level of focus and unclear on how the content related back to the syllabus.

Trainer also very dismissive and negative about the BCS view of the topic.

Waste of 3 days - could have just been sent the slides to read through.

Learning Tree offered option to do course again but feedback from colleagues indicated not an isolated incident.

I rang the number on their UK website seeking clarification about the website content re "ITIL academy" at approx 12.20 pm today. I rang at approx 13.30, still no answer. I rang a 3rd time at approx 14.20 and someone answered the call. I tried to explain my query, however my browser crashed. I tried to explain the browser had crashed and waited a moment for the browser to restart. The person on the other sounded unhelpful and empathetic before hanging up. I've tried dialling again twice with no answer.
