Very good course for someone who wants to learn a bit extra about Learning disabilities. Very colourful and easy to read.
Didn't receive my login straight away as it said I would.
However, received a quick response when emailed about the problem.

On the face of it the courses offered by Learning 24/7 seem almost too good to be true... and that's because they are.
They lure you in with offers of high quality courses with accreditated certifications at the end but this is a long way from the truth. You are at no point told that in order to pass you have to purchase expensive handbooks (which are referred to within the course content) and then, once you have waded through hours of content and muddled through the learning, you don't actually get a qualification at all because your exam is just a practice test and the 'certificate' is a computer generated document that a 5 year old could have put together! There is also no learning support available for the specific courses.
And the website is eternally out of action and the support team are very slow to respond or display any empathy!
Overall not a great experience!

Purchased an IT course (Windows 2016).
The company called either Learning 247 or Learn 365.
The presenter doesn't speak very clearly, thus sometimes difficult to understand.
There are no test questions after each module. There are no interactions with the user.
Very simple and "dry" videos, where the presenter actually read, the slides.
Furthermore, there is no lab/test environment, where you can practice the modules.
I'm a bit upset about this course.

the course was well laid out, interesting and easy to follow. perfect for putting in your CPD records. I, for my personal development, would like a little bit more content in it though.

quick response basic course exactly as described

I could not say its a best service. Because l finish my training and cant dowload my diploma. I send them email that l need my diploma send to me by email, but they did not even replay to me. I call them to report the same problem they said will call me back, but still nothing. Its it so hard to send me my papers???.

I'm currently undertaking my 3rd course with Learning 247. Each course has been great value and content for the price. Look forward to doing another course in the near future.

The videos cover so many topics. The bundle is worth it easily even if you don't complete allntbe courses you can increase your knowledge of all IT theory, applications and systems
