Serious inaccuracies in acupuncture material – no response to refund request
I purchased an acupuncture product from LearnDigitals consisting of several modules, presented as practical acupuncture training/reference material.
After carefully reviewing the material, I found numerous serious inaccuracies in the location of acupuncture points. Several points are shown in anatomically incorrect locations. For material intended to be used as an acupuncture reference, I consider this a significant issue and, in its current form, I find the material unsuitable for professional use.
I contacted LearnDigitals and requested a full refund under their advertised 7-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my refund request.
I am still hoping that LearnDigitals will respond and handle my refund request appropriately. I can provide specific examples and screenshots documenting the inaccuracies I have found.
