First off I appreciate being connected to a person not a recording!! Every call is answered friendly and politely. They handle all calls quickly and reliably. All my issues were dealt with reasonably and satisfactorily. They really have your best interests at heart and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied before your call is finished.
Katie Sopko makes shopping for insurance easy and dare I say fun?! Adulting doesn’t have to be unpleasant or painful with Katie. She is super honest, takes the time to answer your questions and make sure you have a grip on the information to make the best choice for you. And if there is a better option out there, she encourages you to go for it. But honestly, Katie is so responsive and helpful that I would be willing to pay a few extra bucks just to know I’m taken care of.
