Scammed

Placed an order on 11/07/2023. Today is 06/01/2025 and I still haven't received this order, or got a refund for this order. Customer service rarely respond to messages or emails. The little correspondence I have had they keep saying they will send my order, and/or flavours are out of stock. It should have been resolved within weeks of my order, not years. To this day I have nothing or no refund for it. They stole my money and won't respond to my emails. Total scam!
