I found using leafyard really intuitive. I didn't initially think it would help, but I stuck at it and it totally made me more self aware of how to keep my mind healthy!

The app that everyone would love to daily use

It is a very easy to follow and intuitive app that can fit everyone’s schedule and is made in a way that adapts perfectly to all kinds of lifestyle, meaning that I love the fact that is made for everyone seeking to improve their lives.
It has helped me reach out my daily energy, plus it gives me spiritual and emotional balance for my inner daily tasks.

App is brilliant!

The breathing technique 5:5:7 helps me to focus & quieten my brain. I use this technique on a daily basis and I feel it has helped me so much with my anxiety.

An extremely user friendly mental training programme

An extremely user friendly app using language to which I can easily relate. Even when I am feeling pretty good, just following the exercises suggested, lifts my spirits and encourages me to effect behavioural changes to make me feel even better. In these stressful times, Leafyard is an excellent way to avoid becoming depressed. It builds up mental fitness and resilience to cope with the exigencies of lfe.

A fantastic and easy to use for mental health app.

This has to be the best comprehensive but easy to use program for mental health & well-being I have come across. I have been using it for over 3 months. You can dip in and out of it when you want to and take as much, or as little, as you want from it to suit your own circumstances. I find the exercises and techniques great to keep me mentally fit and alert.

No matter how old (I'm in my 70's), or young, it’s content is relevant, based on fundamentally sound principles, and is a must for anyone who values their mental health and fitness.

5 stars ⭐️

I love using the leafyard app!
This has helped me control my thoughts and emotions through access to lots of useful tools, and helping techniques.

I love the calming knowledgable videos and they give me a sense of feeling understood by others.

Leafyard has become part of my day to day routine and I love it
