Order Stuck in Customs, No Delivery Despite Paying Fees
This has been the worst shopping experience I have had.
I am based in the UAE, and I have not received my order for more than two weeks after it arrived in the country.
The shipment is stuck because the company failed to properly clear it with customs. I have already paid the required customs fees, yet the product was not released or delivered to me.
Customer service has been slow and ineffective, and no clear solution has been provided despite multiple follow-ups.
I paid for home delivery, but the service was never completed.
I am still requesting either delivery of the product or a full refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
To clarify, the issue was never unpaid taxes.
I paid all customs and government fees in full as required. The shipment is still held because the product is not properly registered or cleared for import into the UAE, and both UPS and Emirates Post confirmed that resolution requires action from the sender, not the customer.
I paid for home delivery and fulfilled all my obligations. The order was accepted and shipped to a country where the product is not compliant, and no intervention was provided to resolve the issue.
I am still requesting either proper intervention with UAE customs or a full refund.

Were very sorry Hamada but we simply cannot pay your taxes due in your country. These are a tax paid to your government not a shipping charge which has been paid to courier. This is not us not clearing package . They would not have had you pay the duty if it was not to be released. I would suggest you have it returned to sender for refund if you are not able to clear the order.

The study showed it can take up to two months to build in your system and give full results. If you're unhappy, you can always send for a refund or an exchange.
