An amazing, immersive learning experience. So much more than a training course. The Leadership Trust helps you explore your fundamental values and vision for building both self and team. It’s not easy and requires both mental and physical commitment but the results are incredible.

I did a 12 month course with the leadership trust, 3 day residential, 4 zoom call course days finished off with a 2 day residential. I could not recommend them enough for the learning experience. From the get go everything runs so smoothly and you are made to feel welcome and included. Great experience

Part One: Experiential Learning Impact

The experiential learning approach was not new to me; however, its impact on me was distinct from all other courses I have ever attended. This course enabled me to introspect and become more aware of all my aspects, strengths, and areas for improvement. It also allowed me to evaluate my leadership skills and understand the impact of my leadership on others. The review process and emotional reflection were the best tools I have ever used to gain an honest and direct understanding of how we affect others. This course has truly been transformative in helping me read myself better and grow both personally and professionally.

Part Two: Areas for Improvement

While the course was highly beneficial, there are a few areas that could be improved:

Cultural Differences: Adding a segment on cultural differences at the introduction would be beneficial. This would help participants understand the do's and don'ts accepted in various cultures, fostering a more inclusive and respectful environment.

Hotel Accommodations for Muslim Females: The hotel could improve its accommodations for Muslim females by avoiding assigning rooms on the inner part of the building. This restriction prevents them from being able to open windows, which can be quite inconvenient. Ensuring that their rooms are in more suitable locations would greatly enhance their comfort, privacy and experience

The Leadership in Management Team welcome all delegates into the bubble of the LMT at Chelsea Parkfields. An experience which will never be forgotten, for the best reasons.

It is an incredibly well considered course, which has been fine tuned and optimises the learning experience in a compact residential one week session.

Everyone involved from LMT has done the course and knows exactly how the delegates may be feeling on each day of the week. Helping them to better support the group, largely through peak communication!

The pre residential prep and support is invaluable and the post residential support is incredibly helpful to support the ongoing learning and implementing changes.

The residential experience provides a strong mix of physical and educational development, delivered through small and large group tasks, lectures and group review sessions.

The techniques which have been developed to maximise the learning are appropriate to all delegates and you get as much as you give.

It is a fantastic course and I would and am recommending it to anyone who is a member of a team, and team leaders.

A physically and mentally challenging experience, offering huge rewards for the introspective mind.

No stone left unturned to make the week incredible, from venue to food to activities and facilitators.

A great learning experience with dedicated staff in a unique setting.

The venue was an excellent fit for the purpose of the experience. All of the coaches were superb and the content of the three days during the residential was successful in taking the candidates to a new level in leadership. Trying new approaches in a safe environment was also key to developing the candidates.

Overall great experience. Challenging and would advocate for anyone wanting to further their leadership within their personnel and work life.

The program content was comprehensive and covered a wide range of leadership aspects. The physical activities on strategic thinking and decision-making were particularly insightful and well-structured. The facilitators were highly knowledgeable and engaging. Their interactive teaching methods made the sessions very effective. The program provided excellent opportunities to network with likeminded people from different walks of life. The program has significantly enhanced my leadership skills, particularly in conflict resolution and team management. I have already applied several techniques in my role as a manager.

The program was well-paced overall, but some physical activities felt a bit rushed. Extending the duration of program may allow for deeper exploration of the topics. The interactive workshops and group activities were effective, but there could be more of them. Additional hands-on exercises would enhance the learning experience. While the program was comprehensive, more follow-up sessions or support after the program concluded would be beneficial. Regular check-ins or refresher courses could help reinforce the learning.

Overall, the Leadership in Management Program was a valuable and enriching experience. It has equipped me with essential leadership skills and provided practical tools that I can apply in my role. I would highly recommend this program to other colleagues looking to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Good structured program. The choice of projects and support provided by the LT was commendable. Suggest that another element is added to the program where the course facilitators also provide feedback to the participants.
