I truly couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service provided by Kerry Turner. She is extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about addressing any concerns I have regarding repairs in property . Whenever I call or email , she responds quickly and keeps me fully informed. During inspections, she is always respectful and considerate, even asking before entering with her shoes on. Kerry is incredibly accommodating, polite, and always greets you with a warm smile. Her dedication and professionalism really stand out, and I’m so grateful for all her support. Highly recommended!

Good reponse time over email
I was enquiring about a property after branch hours and I quickly recieved a response from Selwyn at the Forest Hill branch. He answered my questions and sent me a video tour of the flat.

I’ve been working with Selwyn, James and Lillie as a landlord for some years, and they manage my property portfolio on my behalf. Their service has been consistently professional, reliable, and well organised.
Communication is clear and timely, whether it’s regarding tenant matters, maintenance issues, or compliance requirements. They handle day-to-day management efficiently, which gives me confidence that my properties are being looked after properly and that tenants are well supported.
I particularly value their proactive approach and attention to detail, as well as their knowledge of the local rental market. It makes managing a portfolio far less stressful knowing everything is in capable hands.
