We cannot thank you all especially Paige for all your hard work with finding us our dream home. Paige gave us exceptional service from start to finish and made our experience stress free. It’s lovely to work with an estate agent that cares, acts professionally and puts the customer at the heart. Each and every member of staff was always willing to help no matter how big or small the situation was. Thank you so much for being the best.

Nathaniel has been fantastic all the way to through the purchase process, helpful and kind and has made the process simple.
I would absolutely recommend Leaders and use again (although planning to be in this property for some time!)

The staff at Leaders in Halstead have been absolutely brilliant. They have gone above and beyond and have been there as a support during a very difficult sale due to problems with my onward purchase and my sale falling through. I cannot thank them enough, especially Tom and Nathaniel who helped calm my nerves on multiple occasions!

Leaders were extremely helpful with the purchase of our first property. We had a very long journey in the purchase of our property mainly due to other parties, leaders would always be on the ball with getting this attended to for us and always chase solicitors when we asked them to. We would like to particularly mention Nathaniel who allowed us to do three initial visits so we could make the perfect choice of property for ourselves. Nothing felt too much to ask, and when I had to go alone he helped me measure the whole property which was great help. The other mention would be for Alyson. Anytime I had issues with slow responding solicitors and needed support with chasing this up, I would email Alyson and it would be done there and then. She was the other party throughout the whole process that responded immediately and helped when I needed it. Both amazing colleagues. Of course other people were helpful also if these were unable to answer the phone. All round great service and we will definitely be back in the future for any other sales or purchases.

Everyone at leaders has been really helpful and I feel like I have been well looked after when selling my house.

From day one , Tom and the team have worked with and guided us through every step of a what can.be a very difficult process. We have literally had everything taken out of our hands with total efficiency and professionalism , whilst still communicating on an almost daily basis.

Professional from the start

We used the Halstead branch. All of the Estate Agents from the branch who we dealt with were outstanding. They sent us reports every 2nd week on how our listing was doing. The second they got any interest they informed us. When we had viewings they were always punctual. The first set of pics taken we weren't 100% happy with, so they happily came out and retook all of the pics, listening to what we had to say about why we weren't happy with the first set of pics and correcting it the 2nd time around. Every single one of their Estate Agents were always friendly and cheerful, even when we were grumpy because the house didn't sell as quickly as we wanted it to (due to the slump in the market, not through anything that the Agency did or didn't do). They were always happy to take our calls and spent time reassuring us that it would sell, it was just a matter of time. They were right, 4.5 months after the house went on the market we sold. We cannot thank the Agents at Leaders Halstead enough. To each and everyone of you, a HUGE thank you, you consistently went above and beyond.

The two chaps in the Halstead Branch Tom and Nathaniel were very polite, and helpful and did everything they could to help us through a long drawn out and difficult purchase, always getting back to us as quickly as possible.
But we would never use an affiliated house conveyancer again…though we do understand that these people are no longer affiliated.
Our recommendation……use Tom and Nathaniel but find yourself a good local solicitor to do your conveyancing!

Excellent service from all at the Halstead branch. In particular Nathanial which is who I dealt with mostly. Always a quick response to my questions and always available.

This is now my 3rd property selling with Leaders, Liam and his team are very personable and professional and kept me in the loop with every aspect of the sale hence the reason this is the 3rd time!

Lifetime legal held up the marketing of my property at the beginning of the sale by requesting details of my brother in law who has no financial interest in the property.
Local branch did not actively market my property (didn't move the pictures around on rightmove, and only suggested lowering the price) and informed me that the purchaser was a first time buyer, when they were not.30

We were very impressed with the local branch helping us find our home. Having viewed several houses through them they were able to understand our preferences and find properties which matched our criteria. We only had a couple of emails from the move manager and mainly dealt with Nathaniel at the local branch. Lifetime legal is an expensive option for ID checks and in my view should be optional against a simple ID check if you don’t need the additional services.
