We have used leaders for many years for our property management, and throughout the years we have had efficient and professional service from their staff at all times . I am a long time overdue in writing a review for the team at the Emsworth office, and have been spurred into writing because over the past few months the whole team have excelled on our behalf . David the manager has been brilliant in guiding and supporting us through some difficult and unforeseen situations , for which we are most grateful to him. Also alongside that both Hugo and Amy have been extremely professional and helpful dealing with our property day to day circumstances and issues on our behalf, also to Gina and Tash for all your great service , feedback and advice during the sale recently.
A great team of professionals that do a great job , and importantly in an upbeat style with enthusiasm and a smile , thank you to you all.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Michelle ...she has been fantastic in sorting any issues with our rental property ..always fast to reply and gets things sorted so quickly ...then she always follows up checking we are happy with everything ...first class service Michelle ...wouldn't use anyone but leaders

Jess impressed us from the start.
Her easy going and friendly manner was matched only by her professionalism. She was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the letting process and didn’t falter when we literally grilled her with multiple questions and potential scenarios, regarding both tenants and neighbours. Jess’s infectious enthusiasm was the reason we decided to let our property through Leaders. This level of dedicated service has continued throughout the process, keeping us up to date with each step as it happened and providing a speedy response to any queries. We have always felt in safe hands with Jess at the helm.

Jess was my agent and she handled the let professionally and always quick to reply to any queries I have.

We moved from a full management scheme to rent collection only to let our property and there has been no communication for 4 months. Further to this, they have sent through contracts with the wrong dates on and then this has taken an age to then sort out. Really disappointing and do not recommend - Havant/Emsworth branch.

Not a happy time for us to be perfectly honest

Jess was extremely helpful, informative and friendly.
She quickly understood our situation, we needed to find the right house quickly and when she helped locate the property and as first time renters saw us through the process with as little fuss as possible

VERY POOR customer Service in dealing with an URGENT Repair regarding the Roof which is now HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH.

We have found leaders extremely helpful and friendly, dealing with Aaron has been a pleasure.

Nicola has recently become our property manager for a property we have owned since 2018. We met Nicola at a recent property inspection and found her to be knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.
Further to the above I have recently acquired an additional property and Nicola has been generous with her time in providing assistance in the process of getting the property up to scratch and ready to bring to market.

We recently were given the opportunity to work with Leaders covering a couple of last minute property inspection reports. We were in contact with Nicola from Property Management and working with her, we managed to arrange everything to get their required jobs completed in a timescale that kept with theirs and which made sure there were no delays in moving their tenants into the property. It was a pleasure working with Nicola and Leaders Emsworth and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
