I also don't believe my tenant was vetted accurately, so I'm going to be terminating.

Leaders especially the derby branch are awful the “guide” who are meant to have the info on the property that you go to view seem to be from another planet Jo in particular he left us with the landlord for over an hour left us with no info he was not interested at all to the point the landlord didn’t know what to do luckily she was a very nice lady and we just got into a general chat. Further more, we had no updates from the property at all after the viewing as we wanted to put a deposit down asp which we told Jo. We viewed the property on the Saturday and I only heard back from leaders when I rang on the following Wednesday and he said that the property has now been let! Even tho we was told on Saturday that they will contact us Monday to get the applications going for us. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened due to leaders their service is awful and I’m surprised landlords are still going with them AVOID at all cost it’s disgusting

Most estate agents leave people wondering what they got for the fees that they have paid. Not with Sophie. Her professionalism and efficiency shone through. It was a pleasure having her to hand. She made the whole process seamless and I couldn't recommend her more if I tried. Brilliant service!

Liars and scammers !!! AVOID! i was almost homeless because of them! First tenancy agreement signed from 8th, I couldn’t move in until 15th. I was able to get keys once I contacted manager because those RUDE PEOPLE in derby office don’t know anything, they would just promise to call you back but there’s no chance to hear back from them !
They also tried to scam me into no deposit option, never mentioned that if i will choose that option i will have higher rent, for absolutely no reason. When i called and asked for normal deposit someone on the phone told me that first i have to pay membership option for 3 months, scammers, but guess what i have seen my tenancy agreement and there’s different information, so i think that people working in Derby office needs an extra training as they obviously don’t understand how membership is working. Also i’ve been told that if i’d like to switch for normal deposit my move in date will be even more delayed.
Keys collection, they gave me keys to the wrong apartment, really ?? What kind of lunatics are working there ????? Moving company had to unload the van on the streets while i was trying to get the right keys.
Temperature in the apartment is 8 degrees in some of the rooms, 8 DEGREES!! And it’s over a week since property manager KATIE did …. Suprise NOTHING ! Oh no, sorry she’s trying to CHASE the contractor to call me 😂
Council has been informed about the situation already.
I will definitely make sure there will be consequences
