They never get back to you.
Dont waste your time with Leaders.

Absolutely poor service throughout, property managers ,senior mangers not one should be in that role. This company lost me money and charged me for a service they didn’t provide. Stay well clear don’t waste your time or money

The company was very professional since day one. We stayed in a terraced home managed by Leaders for around 3 years before moving into our own home. Never had any complaints with the property manager as all of our issues were handled very fast snd effectively. Thanks Jaspreet (Jass) for being a quick problem solver. Best wishes.

LRG. You did not have the expenses receipts over a five year period to pass on to the QED management team.

You should be keeping those receipts for six years by law.This is of course regarding Babington Court Derby.
You require them for income tax purposes.

On another note, the council pest controllers are inspecting Babington Court apartments on the 02/05/25 AM.
QED and LRG put it back a month.
That's a long time in a cockroach breeding life.

I let a property using leaders, they said they're increasing fees and I queried this, still waiting to hear back from someone in relation to this 9 weeks on! Avoid at all costs. Zero communication from them.

Be very careful. Raised the rent by 70%,then kicked us out and hiked the rent up for the new tenants, Will lie and worm their way out of giving your deposit back, they will act as if they pass it to an independent body, however they call their department "the depositary" which allows them to see what you reply with, total liars. Please do not trust these unscrupulous toads. I'm sure there will be the obligatory response which we all know will be rubbish and try to shine them in an innocent light, so leaders? (or whatever you change your name to this week) ..... Here is your shining moment.... Have the last word... I'm sure that it will be fascinating!

Jas is always super helpful and quick to respond to requests. It genuinely feels like she cares about you and your property, getting resolutions alot quicker than previous property managers!!

As a landlord with not a huge portfolio, it’s been great to have Vikki as my constant rep/contact from Leaders as she understands the history behind the property and brings a valuable level of knowledge and expertise which helps to resolve matters quickly.

Customer service is exactly what it should be. Responsive, reliable and honest. We have worked with leaders for a while now and have completed some tough jobs along the way.
