I completed the phlebotomy part 1 course that was watched over by a qualified doctor. The knowledge and skills learned are taught and mentored perfectly. Would highly recommend.

The trainer Klaountia for the phlebotomy and Cannulation was brilliant. However, the course was misold several of us on the training booked the bundle which was shown as phlebotomy day 1, phlebotomy and Cannulation day 2. Only to find that it was only cannulation and that we would need to pay again for the part 2 phlebotomy (advanced)in order to be actually certified. The website says you can be qualified phlebotomist in a day and even after completing part 1 says you can go into a job come to find out you need to complete part 2 which is actually 3 days. Which is an another £300. We have contacted customer service but and put in a complaint because it’s false advertising. We called and emailed so far they have done nothing to try and resolve our issue.
Very disappointing! As a group we have submitted a formal complaint.

I recently completed a phlebotomy course and had a really good experience. The course was well organised and easy to follow, even for someone new to the subject. The trainer explained everything clearly and made sure everyone understood each step before moving on.
