I purchased but i get nothing 😭 please hot to refund

I'm asking for a refund assistance but their customer service sucks and doesn't help. I didn't even ask for it in the first place but they just decided to return back my money but I have no idea if it will really send back to me.

initially my experience was absolutely terrible. i ordered a forza horizon 6 key - only to be told "its out of stock" - then why can you buy it? and then as a refund, they gave me their coins. After 3 atttempts of trying to get the game using the coins, i finally got the game, an overall fast but unpleasant experience. If you ask me, do not trust them blindly (especially for big purchases)

customer service is also incredibly unreliable: i asked why didnt i get the game, and they said that it was because "it was out of stock" and told me not to try buying it again today, yet i tried again a few minutes later, only to get the game and the code. Be careful ordering on this shop.

If I could give it zero I would I started the process of buying gems through them at 4 am 8/4 it’s 4am 8/5 and still haven’t received my gems or a satisfactory response on getting my money back and they claim money back guarantee but I’ve been trying for 24 hours to get my money back so that’s a lie don’t go through this company they claim to be authorized third party vendors for these games and they aren’t according to the game

Its pretty great to save money. If they can't make the purchase they refund you in currency for their website. And it takes like a little while to get it but its safe

LDshop scammed me completely. I went to purchase a Roblox account and after paying through a digital giftcard, my ticket was deleted and I was removed from the discord server.

I have video evidence to prove it.

Support service is atrocious. One of the worst I have ever met and unfortunately had (tried to, really) dialogue with.
My order was not delivered and I have not got any refund. So no, cannot recommend this service at all

At first I'm scared to top up because it requires your info about the game account. I was so scared but yeah, I trust the process. And it authentic and safe...so far. But I love it, gonna top up here more

The most horrible experience in checking out as it continues to decline the transaction due to them thinking “abnormal activity”. Now if it happened once then cool. Tried different cards and still the same outcome. When I spoke to customer service they said “it is because I canceled many orders”. I didn’t cancel anything ordered it was their incompetent system and they were just as clueless as their system. This site is absolute garbage and frustrating. I just went with lobar which was super easy and not frustrating screw this site.
