Do not trust this garage

Do not trust this garage! My car was taken to them by the RAC on 26th june and on 1st of July my son had to go and retrieve it as they kept fobbing me off! The garage was closed on the evening of 26th but it does say on the website site open on Saturdays but its not! So Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so many excuses, no clear plan as to when my car would be mended! Even if they had said 10 days at least i would of known. I visited the garage on Wednesday 1st July it was absolute caose. After much upset and crying I decided not to let this company mend my car, the vendor said "oh iv got to move your car because other customers will need it if they break down" no empathy! I am a 62 year old disabled lady i have a blue bade and can only walk a few steps. The guy drove my car up onto the pavement with its back sticking out! Not safe, my husband asked if the guy was going to.leave it there he said yes.
