I was asked by Terrance Webster to be…

I was asked by Terrance Webster to be his McKenzie friend and witnessed Terrance go through multiple troubles and taken to court in regards to 2 invalid section 21 notices, the duty solicitor Jenny Varnish did not do her duty to protect my friend in court and was in favour of the claimant, a screenshot was the deciding factor in the case and not even proved to the defendant. Also after Terrance payed for the transcript and I myself read over the entirety of the court transcript there is no sense in the case. Therefore I would not trust this company whatsoever also highlighting the corruption present.

⚠️ DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS ⚠️

⚠️ DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS ⚠️

My experience has been awful from start to finish:
• Poor communication
• No proper advice or guidance
• Completely incorrect billing
• No support or clarity throughout the
process’s

They constantly harass you for payments — even when things aren’t done properly.
Instead of helping, they only add to the stress. Avoid at all costs. 👎🏽

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking! Due to their lack of responsiveness LDJ Solicitors were the sole cause of a complete chain falling apart. They were impossible to deal with and fob you off constantly with excuse after excuse and reasons why they are not able to carry out any work and why things are moving along so slowly.

If you decide to use this solicitors, I would highly recommend you leave an extra 6 months to complete the process. If you’re in a chain with them, you may want to request your buyer/seller changes solicitors.

Avoid using their conveyancing services whenever possible.
