I ordered and paid for an item from LCY that was advertised on FB on 27/1/25 the item has not arrived, when I checked on tracking on the shop app it still says being prepared for shipping??? When I clicked on the contact page it came up with an error page This is clearly a scam, dont order from them!!!!!!!
I paid for an item (and was charged) but it never came - there were a couple of emails saying it had been dispatched but when you clicked on tracking there was zilch. Item never came.
Scam website!! Don’t order anything from here! I ordered a bracelet for my wife and have yet to receive said bracelet. I was charged though. I used PayPal, so I expect I’ll get my money back.
