.This is an outstanding family‑run car sales business in Leicester offering good‑quality used vehicles and genuinely exceptional customer care. After weeks of searching for a Toyota Yaris that matched both my budget and my specifications, I came across this company and found a car that ticked every box.
Although Leicester is 138 miles from my home, I felt confident enough to make the journey after several detailed conversations with the manager. Having been wary of car dealers in the past, I was immediately struck by his honest, straightforward manner. He encouraged me to take my time, carry out all the online checks, and ask as many questions as I needed. His openness and patience made me feel far more comfortable than I expected.
Even so, travelling such a long distance after paying a deposit was a leap of faith — but a carefully considered one. When I arrived, I was met at the station by his nephew, Pritash, who had kindly driven the car to meet me so I could see it straight away. It was love at first sight (with the car!). He then took me to their sales premises, where I saw an impressive selection of vehicles and a well‑organised showroom.
I spoke again with the manager in person, who explained that this is a family business with over 40 years of experience and a strong reputation for honesty and reliability — something I had already verified online. He answered every remaining question, and I took the car for a test drive, which confirmed everything I had hoped for.
What stood out most was that they are not just “dealers.” They clearly take pride in their work, value their customers, and never push for a sale. Their approach is calm, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
I purchased the car, and it has been an absolute dream. I am delighted with it and have no hesitation in highly recommending this excellent business.
