I ordered an items in September 2025 and expected delivery within 10 days. I was informed that because of US tariffs there were shipping issues and I could wait and receive the product after 90 days or pay an amount approximate to the amount I had paid for the product to receive it faster. Is this a scam?? Almost 120 days have passed and still no sign of the order. I have contacted customer service and they keep telling me the product is on its way and no refund is possible. I cannot track the shipping as I have been told this will only be available when the product arrives in my country. I think this is a scam and warn others.

Ordered an ozone ultrasonic veg and fruit washer in March. Now August and no sign of delivery. They don't take calls, and rheir service email doesnt reply to customer concerns and complaints.

I don't kniw how Trustpilot can rank them at 80% 5 star reviews out if iver 1000 reviews. When every second review I read said how poor the service was, how poor the packaging was, how delayed the deliveries were or how products just never areived and no refunds were ever made. In addition t9 this they scam people by claiming they signed up to some membership scheme and rob them by deducting $19.99 monthly for absolutely NOTHING!

Please go ahead and report this company to the US Trade Commission!

Terrible customer service. I canceled an item and they shipped it anyway. I want to return it and they said that it would cost $30 for the return label. Be aware that an item may take 20 business days to arrive.

Great communication and delivery tracking was very helpful, arriving on the shorter end of the predicted time

My product was not supplied as advertised - hot water bottle neck warmer with cover - I ordered two at cost of NZD210 on 5 March for flight 14 April. The parcel arrived with the covers missing. First they offered me a partial refund of NZD20 and said it could be used without the covers. Now they are saying they will send the covers but they won’t arrive in time for when I need them. I must return the goods to get a refund - postage to return is NZD68 - they have ignored my email about reimbursing my postage costs. I’m a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I placed an order on Jan 8; it's now Feb 15 & it still hasn't arrived !!!! All I get on my requests are that it's on it's way. Smacks of a scam ! Their receipt # is 287448

In early 2024, an advert from this company appeared. An item I liked was offered and a good price was available if I clicked on a particular button. The item I purchased arrived well. No complaints there.
However, only recently had I noticed that a charge of $19.99 from this company was being made on my account each month! I contacted them and they accpeted to close the account. I had made NO OTHER PURCHASE besides the first one, and they would not reimburse any of the charges that were made. I think this is dishonest of them. This is a trick they use to get people like myself to give them money. In order to benefit from their 10% discount, at the pricey cost of the "membership", I would have had to constantly purchase items every month. This is a true scam. Stay away!

I have ordered a chandelier . After around 20 days wait it arrived with broken parts deeming the chandelier unusable . I paid for tracking number which came through few days before delivery which defats the object !!
Common sense dictates that The components should have been bubble wrapped, they weren’t . The box inside looks as if it’s been through a juice blender .
They have handed it to normal posting service instead of professional courier that handles delicate items .
I have wrote them an email with photos and awaiting their reply . Will see how I’ll follow how with the preview depending on their reply.
With hindsight , I should have stayed with Amazon .
Their vision state that they would like to offer best products and best service . I can easily dispute this . However , will see how they handle the case to decide on the way forward . As it stands , I regret using this obscure company as the first impression fails miserably . To be continued …..

I never ordered anything from this company and never received anything. I disputed this with my bank and this company would not allow. I changed my bank account and debt card number to keep this from happening.

Horrible company my purchase never arrived.I have been begging them to refund my money over a month I even filed a dispute with my bank but they said they will refund my money if I cancel the dispute.Now I did cancel the dispute but they haven’t refund my money,simply they are hiding.On Monday I will report them to my police dept and I will higher an attorney to help me get my money back.Stay away from them you will loose your money.

I ordered and paid for a camera watch and after waiting six months and a string of excuses I asked for a refund. Still waiting. They are no longer answering "Support" or "Service" requests for action. Seems like they are a criminal outfit costing me $US380!

Well I had some issues with payment here, and could not get in my email to check my orders. So I contacted the help center and the service was great and they helped me link my information and send me a invoice, and receipt So for that I give them a 4 and if I get my order within reason they will get a 5..

I have ordered 2 cushions for my swing. Total cost was $ 200. This was in May 2024. Now it is the end of September 2024 and the cushions never arrived. This company had no reviews, red flag which I ignored and decided to give them a benefit of a doubt. I send them an email describing the issue. If they will take care of it, I will change my review. At this point be ware.

This company LCP has a transport managing company completely useless. They usually lie and tell you the package is coming. It usually comes the day after or later. You can't reply to anyone because no-one knows about that product.

I purchased a beautiful clock from LCP in February. It took about a month to receive it. During that month, I asked for a refund because the clock was taking too long and I couldn’t get a reasonable explanation from the company.
The clock FINALLY arrived and I was glad to put LCP behind me. Sadly, I was wrong. Several months later I get a charge of 19.99 from them. I tried to deal with it thru my bank app but couldn’t. Then, it actually slipped my mind. But when another withdrawal came, I notified both the company and my bank. The company said I signed up for their Gold Membership @ a cost of 19.99 per month and for that fee, I’d receive a monthly gift. Not only was I never notified that I was a member of this so-called Gold Membership, I never received any communications asking me or reminding me to select a gift.
My guess is that the membership option was so cleverly buried,that I missed it!
While the clock is beautiful, I would warn against purchasing from this company. I believe they have sneaky practices to hook the consumer for a membership unbeknownst to them. Not to mention the time it took to get my merchandise.
