Its a fantastic product . Looks lovely and works once its warmed up takes around an hour it is perfect. Happy customer and fantastic product.

The two delivery guy’s were superb during the initial delivery and site install, they couldn’t have been more helpful and considerate. We’ve now used the hot tub numerous times and it’s fantastic, heats up in about 90 minutes to a lovely 38 degrees C and the massage jets and air bubbles all add to the experience. With the more boring stuff like build quality and aesthetics in my experience of looking at various suppliers over an eighteen month search, I think I picked the right supplier in Layzee Living Spa’s.

We bought a 2 person wood burning hot tub from Layzee's back in December for our glamping site and we could not be happier. It was the best price for this level we could find so we were so pleased that the quality was excellant, The size actually surpassed our expectations, and so spacious. The guests LOVE it!! its simple to run and keeps its heat amazingly, even over a cold jan night it was still like a bath the next morning!! The customer service was excellant. Helped and advised all the way and were really friendly. It was delivered on time by lovely delivery guys who took us through the basics of how to set up, which was done quite easily and quickly. I cant recommend this company enough. Its a lot of money to spend so knowing your getting value for money is really important. We're about to order another from them, we wouldn't go any were else.
Ordered pond from this company, given an estimated delivery, but it was actually delivered a week ahead of schedule, everything exactly how it should be, delivery driver very helpful, great after sales service to, would definitely recommend Layzee living to my friends

We have a "Sunday Planning Meeting" in the sauna to work out our weekly schedule - a great way to end the weekend!

Ordering was easy with the help from the office. Went quiet on what was happening but got info when asked.
The team that erected the sauna were great as the weather conditions was very wet and cold

When we decided to down size I needed to move my koi pool I decided to buy a wooden one from layzee pools the delivery was spot on time and the service I received afterwards about fitting and pool sizes were very good thanks to terry and the staff ,and it looks amazing in the garden thanks layzee

We have recently purchased a 220cm Barrel sauna with an electric Harvia heater and are delighted with how it looks and the sauna experience itself. Terry was incredibly helpful advising on the specifications and made the ordering process very straightforward. The sauna delivery was ahead of schedule and the very capable Erni assembled it over the course of an afternoon and evening. Great product and overall service. Would happily recommend Layzee Living based on our recent experience and the quality of the Sauna.

I took delivery of my hot tub last week. It was a week or so over the estimated delivery date but with it being holiday season these things happen. Once I got my delivery slot it was spot on. The driver was lovely and it didn’t take long to set up. We couldn’t wait to get it up and running. It’s great and we have enjoyed lots of family time using the hot tub. Best of all is sitting with a glass of fizz watching the stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have just bought my second hot tub from Layzeeliving. They are excellent. I really like how the price is the price - to include all you need and including delivery. No adding all the components to find the price double what you thought! The prices are good too. We’ve had a two person Japanese style and have just had a mega one delivered. They work very well - quick to heat and retain heat well even in winter. I like the external stoves they are super sturdy. When they deliver they also are put into place and assembled for you by friendly drivers. I did not mind waiting a few weeks - I was told that would be the case. There’s a reason why they are so busy!

My hot tub order was estimated at 2-3 weeks delivery this was revised time and time again and is now nearly 5weeks with still no confirmed date. There have been excuses after excuses but still no date!!!
The company has extremely poor communication and customer care is NON - EXISTANT.
I would strongly recommend NOT to order with this company.

A year ago we stayed at a place that had one of these wood fired hot tubs. It was so amazing that we decided to get one of our own and we have positioned it at the top of our farm. It is in a really beautiful spot (wish I could add photos) and we use it regularly. Dealing with Layzee Living was easy and efficient and I could not recommend a hot tub from them more highly. Very impressed by the quality of the product having just fired it up for the first time . Delivery was out of hours on a Sunday by two guys who knew the product and placed exactly where required.
Can certainly recommend this company and now need to decide whether to order another for one of our other properties or go for one of their saunas - decisions, decisions !

We cancelled the charge back because they provided the boards, the boards were delivered by a driver who verbally intimidated my girlfriend in her own garden, he never went into the house so your unfounded claim these were in the living room is frankly laughable as it was impossible for him to see into the living room from where he was stood - may I add this is all documented on a video.
You are genuinely the worst run company I have ever dealt with, this is based on our experience and nothing you can say discredits that.
I wouldn’t worry about the type of people we are, i would worry about yourselves and your employees.
Sending drivers to argue with customers, lying about hiding 3.6m boards in a small 2 bed house, awful customer service response and lying about “winning the chargeback” when we cancelled it after you delivered your product (our bank would be able to provide proof of this).
Threaten us all you like, your driver genuinely made us worry about getting an unsolicited visit from you again and we have cameras around the house now.
It is you who should be ashamed.
I’m leaving another review based on the fact I have infact thrown this companies aggressive and belittling driver off my property.
Never in my life have I had service like this place.
The director has made false allegations about pretty much everything he could and then accused my last review of being fraudulent when he knows it wasn’t.
They then send a mardy 6 foot 2 bloke round to stand in the garden and argue with my partner when she was querying why we were only getting 4 boards when the useless director of this place promised 5. We still only had 4.
We have it all on video before anyone wants to deny this.
Whether that was their driver or the suppliers driver (we never had a problem with the other drivers) I don’t honestly care, the purchase was with Layzee and not some random company we don’t know.
I genuinely hope this company rot, we have already overpaid for decking which they source from another place and sell at a stupidly inflated price but the service and aggression from the staff makes me think it’s run by a load of 15 year olds.

Response to reply - The dispute was only opened because you failed to respond in the beginning to fix the issue. However, once you did respond and provide the missing boards it was left, as rightfully I just wanted what was paid for. 8th July 2025 I told you via WhatsApp I had told the bank you were now dealing with the issue but they advised they have to keep it open for 60 days regardless. You responded to this message so you know I had contacted the bank regarding this dispute, once you had confirmed you were sending the missing boards.
You can’t even see into my living room from my garden, nor did the driver go near the patio door so your accusation below is baseless completely, considering the view from my garden is my kitchen.. not living room. This is a completely false claim from you. I have the whole interaction with this driver on video from the moment he entered my property till the moment he drove anyway. Why would I want extra wooden boards? There isn’t even any logic to your false claim.
I have all the chats still archived which none of my messages are abusive, and I’ve only left one review to this company which is 100% honest. What’s shocking here is that you have provided an untrue response with baseless and false accusations months after this was dealt with.
Ordered their decking kit and in my opinion it’s a mess! The wood is all warped and doesn’t line up so you physically cannot fit the decking without uneven gaps and curving. Contacted their customer service who told me they would be in contact to either send replacement wood out or to collect and refund the order depending if they had the replacement wood to send. I never heard anything back from them, my emails have been ignored, and they leave the phone line to ring out - so now having to go through my card to claim this money back!
Update - Once I posted this review the company got in contact, and after a very rude and unprofessional conversation they sent out the replacement wood. I was happy to leave it there as the company rectified their issue. However, following this I then realised I was 4-5 boards short for the decking, so again I had to try and get back in contact with the company. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied must be fit for purpose - in this case they definitely are not.
A day after raising this with them the timber supplier called me, I googled the number that rang and it was a website for another company. They have this 3.6 by 3.6 decking advertised as £665, significantly less than the ‘sale’ price at Layzee of £795 down from £1090.
I was going to note here that the director did apologise for the issues and how I have been treated through customer service, and did try to sort the issues.. but since then their driver turned up at the door with the missing boards - the man seemed aggressive from the get go, walked into my garden and proceed to be the rudest and unprofessional individual I have ever had the misfortune to interact with, it seemed as if he was attempting to intimidate me on my own property.
I would not recommend this company at all. I’ll note that the company offered me a partial refund to consider removing this negative review - I’d just be aware of this when looking at their overall reviews.

They built the sauna for us and managed the process impeccably and the after care has been exceptional, and this is what makes the service great. Anyone can be good when they want your money but the aftercare shows true trusted partners and Layzee Living are that. Thank you Terry
