Tonneau cover for my Dodge Ram was delivered in 2 days. It was easy to install in less than an hour. I was concerned about the locking pins and pull strap that unlocks the cover, but these work smoothly. Tonneau cover looks great on the truck.

First thing they do after you ordered is confirm with you that the part you want fits your vehicle. I've never see that before. Quick and friendly service.

Well, first off, I am always honest. Sometimes too much - just ask my wife. :-)

I have ordered two components from Lax parts. A canopy (truck cap) and later the respective cross bars.

Both items came as promised and for me, being considered "anal" by friends and family, that was very important.

The other important note, I can provide, is the service component. In a world, where self-proclaimed entitlement and notions of "always someone else's fault", seem to outweigh the simplicity of good, old values, as in responsibility, accountability and whatever else, you wish to add, dealing with Lax parts was a very pleasant and well received distinction.

After purchasing the products, i still had quite a few questions with respect to associated materials etc.. Not only have answers been provided clearly but also in a very timely and diligent manner, as in attaching additional pictures and description of outlets, which carry the respective product (e.g. I was looking for the sealant, since I needed some extra).

And in particular, I wish to point out my exchange with Lynna. She was highly responsive and did accommodate my requests in a great manner..

Needless to say, that the finalized products look fantastic and as hoped for, and even my wife said, "your truck now looks really kind of bad ass". :-)

The only consideration, I'd wish to point out - and this is more a statement, rather than any sort of critique or even complaint - is that the installation should be done by someone with hands-on experience and an at least somewhat engineering context (lucky me, that has been my entire life).

In other words, if you do not feel comfortable reading and then precisely applying a mechanical/technical manual, get someone's (whereas I should also mention, that I did quite a few modifications) help.

So, in summary, there are 2 major takeaways for me personally:
1. Yes, I would recommend Lax Parts at this point in time for your respective needs, without any hesitation
2. I really hope, Lax Parts will be able to maintain the level of service and can continue bringing this level of value to a customer's table

Hopefully all the current circumstances in this once democratic country will allow them to do just that.

In a world where social media seems to have tken the best of people and it appears to have become the new cultural norm, to put blame onto others, whilst avoiding to look into a mirror, I felt compelled, typing a few lines and point out, there are still a handful of old attitudes left here.

The fender flares shipped quickly and seems like the right part, but they have included no mounting hardware and no instructions and appear to require about 10 holes drilled into my body panel to mount.

Good quality. Almost easy to install. You need to find a YouTube video to figure out how handle works. Otherwise I’m very satisfied !
