All arrived in good order
Ordered two lots of glasses so there was a chance of breakages but they all arrived really quickly and all perfect!
Between the speedy delivery and the great price I will use them again!!

Excellent efficient service and good value for money
Ordered on line to collect in store. Very good and helpful communication and very quick delivery to store. Would definitely recommend Lawsons if you hanker after some good old fashioned customer service; very rare these days!

Buying on line - excellent service
Excellent service. I ordered online to collect from a store in a different County from my home address. A very friendly lady from lawsons left me messages on my mobile and landline asking if I had made a mistake. We confirmed click and collect. This was followed up by an email to me. Excellent, friendly, personal service. A rarity these days. Thank you. I will certainly shop with lawsons again.

Poor
I thought it was a marvelous product, but it just work for courgettes.If you want to cut other vegetables, it is very hard and it doesn't cut properly. It also cut my finger deeply when I was trying to remove some of the cut carrots. It also wastes much of the vegetable cut. Very Fragile and disappointing!

We are sorry to hear you have had problems using your new Spiralizer. We have tested the product, and here are some tips we have found to get the best out of your Spiralizer.
We have used courgette, carrots and sweet potato, and have found that the courgette has worked best - purely down to the fact that they are wider and more robust. The bigger the vegetable, the easier it is to use - if the vegetables are too thin, they tend to snap.
We have found that the circular part of the blade needs to be in the centre of the vegetable you are spiralizing, otherwise it doesn't work properly.
It is really important to always use the finger guard.
Finally, there is definitely knack to it, so it may take a bit of practice.
If you are really unhappy with the product, please return it to us and we will be happy to give you a full refund.

Easy ordering process with speedy delivery however the delivery charge is steep considering an order of £56 was placed.

We use FedEx to provide a reliable, insured, tracked and signed for delivery service. We realise it's not the cheapest service, but we've found FedEx to generally be the best for reliability and customer service, and they're very supportive in helping us to provide a high-quality service to our customers.
Great service
I had managed to track the item I was searching for easily and ordering was simple. There was a small issue with the stock but that got resolved really easily with one quick email. I would order from Lawsons again as it was a very smooth transaction and well packaged too
