Had to keep rescheduling me which was frustrating, but when the yard finally got cut it looked good.

My lawn pro Reggie is awesome. He comes out to my residence every two weeks and keeps my yard looking beautiful. He’s very meticulous about his work and has my driveway edged so neatly. I would highly recommend LawnStarter to anyone that has an extremely busy schedule such as myself. This service has been such a blessing to me.

We are very happy with lawn starter. They helped us out when we needed help. Since then we have had wonderful people taking care of our lawns.

Would like to have the trim around sidewalk closer. They did it the first time and I didn’t know if they did every other time or not.

Ramon has been taken care of my property for a while now, I have had no issues whatsoever. He makes sure it is cut the exact size, the leaves blown on proper side, making sure the neighbors are not affected. Communication is also very good if I have any questions.

Appreciated the professional work. Both the lawn mowing and the post cut clean up.

Very professional crew. They get my large yard cut and trimmed in a very timely manner while maintaining details and care of my plants and trees. Good communication and always a great experience. I love my fresh cut lawn.

I was scheduled to have a so called pro come out between 8 am and 9 am on Saturday at almost 10 am I get a message on the app that he won’t make it and that within 48 hours another “pro” will be assigned” another was assigned within an hour to come out on Monday. She sent me a message Monday morning on the app saying she could could not locate my property. 8 minutes later I saw it and replied. I even drove around the mobile home park looking for the red truck she was supposedly in and did not find her, then she cancelled. They said they send another pro in 48 hours meanwhile my lawn continued to grow . It seems the goal was to get my lawn tall enough that could charge me more for the service rather than the first time charge of $19.99. When I expressed my concern, they did not deny it or offer to give me the quoted price despite failing to do the job twice.

They hound you via text begging you to sign up for their service and then when you do they don’t want to provide the service. I do not recommend!

Went beyond expectations

I am a property manager and have learned Lawnstarter has no idea of how to do business with a business. Trying to get them to provide verification of insurance company was refused. They offer no invoices, only a billing history showing charges; nothing you can provide to clients. Getting a person on the phone requires going through a phone menu before you get to a person. Doesn't matter. They don't help. The horrible hold music will send you over the edge while they have you on hold to accomplish nothing. I get the impression this business is nothing more than an SEO rank site to farm leads. Stay away from this. They are terrible.

They are the worst company to work for. I started working for them and after a couple jobs, they deactivated my account and I never got paid.

Complete and thorough every time and my lawn looks great.

My Pro Graham is great at communicating verbally and through text, he shows up on time he does what he says, and he even goes the extra mile to take the initiative if he sees something, he takes care of it without any instruction.
