LAWNPRODUCTS DO NOT SHIP THE PRODUCTS TO ONTARIO ANY MORE.

I reside in Ontario and had ordered 1L of Killex in the Spring of 2020. the product worked well.
In late summer of 2020 I received a letter from Lawn Products Canada indicating that they will no longer be allowed to ship Killex into Ontario as of a certain date - but orders could be accepted until that date. Therefore I placed a bulk order for 6 litres - for myself, neighbours, friends. My credit card was billed immediately and I received the product a few months later.
In mid-December I received a letter from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment indicating that I need to return the product to Lawn Products Canada or dispose of the product at a proper disposal site. I immediately contacted Lawn Products Canada at their Sales & Support emails, but to date I have had no reply. I sent a follow-up email today, and my email was undeliverable - so these email addresses are no longer valid. Therefore I am assuming that Lawn Products Canada is no longer in business (??).

Placed an order Jul 14. Payment was charged to me as expected with order placement including fedex transport charge. I’ve had no response to email request for order update. Their phones never seem to be answered after waiting half hour with music. The order shows as being accepted but not filled or shipped on their website. As of Oct 21, 2020 no product- no communication- no satisfaction. The company is exhibiting all characteristics of a failed organization.

Placed an order June 29th, my card was billed immediately but no product was shipped.
Four weeks later and still nothing. Have sent three emails and called once with no results.
I have ordered from them twice before without a problem. Now I’m staring to wonder!!?

Took my money and no product. My lawyer is looking for the owners. Time for lawsuit.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - BEWARE
Placed an order of July 9, 2020. Received a confirmation and my credit card was immediately charged. Order has not been shipped, although they said it would be shipped within 24 hours and received within 3 days. I have tried numerous times to contact them using email, phone and FB Messenger. Absolutely no response of any kind.

Charged by credit card almost 2 weeks ago, but did ship anything.

I tried contacting them, but they are not replying.

Placed an order on July 9th, and immediately received an order confirmation via email, Credit card was immediately charged for the full order amount. Order confirmation stated that they would notify once shipped.

Website states that it items are listed as available, they are guaranteed to be in stock and ship via Fed-Ex within 24 hours.

Did not receive any shipment notification (,I.e. - tracking number) within 24 hours as stated.

Emailed them the day after and received NO REPLY

It has been 10 days since the order was placed and I have since sent them three emails enquiring about the status of my order. NO REPLY.

I enquired via their Twitter account. NO REPLY.

I also enquired through their Facebook Messenger account where it was evident that they read my message (as their avatar appears at the bottom of the message thread as having read it). So deliberately NO REPLY.

Maintained records of all attempted correspondence as well as screenshots of their website layout and FAQs.

Having not provided any shipping information, and not demonstrating the courtesy/business etiquette to respond to customer questions and concerns raises all red flags, pointing out clearly that this is not a legitimate organization.

Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if lawnproducts.ca still chooses not to cooperate (by responding and either shipping the items immediately, or fully refunding), an investigation will be launched, leading to possible litigation

I passed an order with Lawn Products june 29 2020. They took my money and charged my credit card but my order is still is status Confirmed and certainly not Shipped. I tried to contact them by email but got no reply.
Not the first time that I buy from them. The previous times it was perfect but now I think that they want to keep my money without delivering the product.
July 24 they finally sent me a Shipping Confirmation. I will modify my complaint if and when I receive it.
The rating will remain very low because they gave no feedback for almost one month.
At last I have received my order on July 31. And so I will slightly improve my rating to 3, for the lack of informarion. I could accept the long delays, thanks to coronavirus, but having my order frozen dead without explanation is just not acceptable.

Excellent products, worth the wait ordering online. would order again from them in the future. Thanks to them my dandelions are less and less every year. Seeds fly in from the neighbors.

Great little Canadian lawn company. My husband and I have bought from them several times and never had an issue.
