My pro John did a great job and showed up on time and was professional I give him 5 stars. The company lawn love I give zero stars though . If this was about the lawn love it wouldn’t be high at all. Before John I had multiple reschedules and bad experiences with customer service. Before John it took months to get someone out because of the rescheduling. I would not recommend the company but would recommend my pro John. He has been the only positive experience I’ve had and that’s because he showed up and didn’t reschedule. So thank you John because as a whole lawn love the company is unreliable and has terrible customer service. They also raised my lawn price 25% without notice after I dealt with the multiple rescheduling and rude pros. And false promises by both. When they finally cut my grass after a month I was charged a long grass fee which was a result of them not showing up I called and complained and I got it credited but not refunded which caused me to have to stay with the company to get the money back. After they credited it though they raised the price 25% on my service so I still had to pay something. I’ve never had a worse experience with a company in my love and recommend using a different company!

They did a great job on my lawn held to their appointments even though the weather was bad. Fair prices and a huge selection of services that if one contractor couldn't do another was available to.

Cancellations, reschedules, and then being left high and dry is not how I’d say a lawncare company does good business. Being nickeled and dimed for services typically done together (mowing and weedeating, for example) is a quick way to make the customer feel like they’ve found a fun way to experience “bait and switch.” Services not available shouldn’t be offered and scheduled when no “pro” is actually available. Being billed for extra long grass when the reason it’s so long is because the “pro” disappeared? Ridiculous. I’m not at all satisfied and I’m eager for my “contract” to conclude.

This review is very late, but I’m so grateful for my pro, he does a great job every time. This has been my third mow with LawnLove, and so far so good! The communication of this company is excellent. Keep up the good work!

Lawn Love over charged me $69! I will not be using this company for anything. No customer service at all! It's a bait and switch I guess. We agreed on $100, they charged me $169. I am a disabled senior on limited funds. That extra $69 surprise was my only food money. "Rotten Fruit will fall on it's own"!

The staff came while I was away. They cut the bushed perfectly because I look to look out at the yard and I am short. It’s the start of school so things have been dry busy. They cleaned everything up including the garden right in from of the bushes. It looked amazing!

Good value. Good communication. Excellent staffing. Moving to a new area and not having a lawnmower or lawn equipment that’s available to me. This was so easy to use . Well, there was a short term requirement after that I could stop at any time which is nice. I won’t though.
