Good service for small legal matters
We were quickly assigned a solicitor. They managed to deal with our matter quite well while listening to our feedback. Overall a good service for small legal things like handling a license to alter. The only downside is that there is only a chat and you never really speak to your solicitor face to face. But sometimes you don't really need to.

Radio silence - now vastly improved
Radio silence - no response to queries. (1-star review) I have sent many emails direct to the solicitor concerned asking for an update with no response, asked for help from Lawhive and still..... nothing.
I have absolutely no idea how my case is progressing or even if it is progressing. It would be so easy just to send a brief email to me telling me when I could expect a response but nothing at all is awful.
**Update*** 26.6.26 and change to star review
A new lawyer Amit has been assigned and he is like a breath of fresh air; very proactive. I live in hope that this case will be concluded reasonably soon and the only delays are with the other party. I also had a productive conversation with someone at Lawhive who could see where the issues were - as far as I could see they simply hadn't monitored the account activity or they would have spotted something was wrong

Poor, slow, and unclear support
Poor communication, terrible customer handling skills, no timely replies. A very stressful transaction. I gave it 2 stars because there is quality support team that intervened and got things back on track.
After this, I worked with a local solicitor firm for a house purchase and it was heaven in comparison.
