The gradient watch has been my go to watch for day to day wear. The fixed keeper loop on the strap somehow broke. I contacted customer service and they responded well within a day, I think it was even on a weekend. They verified the problem with photos and then immediately shipped out a replacement band! Great, fast, easy service that fixed my issue to my favorite watch.

Love my new light and impressed with customer service
I love my new Arc Pendant light fixture! It’s beautifully designed and executed, and looks wonderful in my home. When it was delivered, there was an item missing from the package. The response from Ewa was quick(minutes, not hours!) and I received the missing piece within a couple of days. Looking forward to growing my Lawa collection.

Amazing Gradient watch and great customer support
I have aquired a Gradient watch in their kickstarter campain and with only minor delays it arrived as promised and exceeded my expectations.
There were some small issues with the shipping which had to do with how kickstarter handels shipping adresses. I wrote Lawa design and got a quick and friendly reply with the emediate promise to fix it. In the end all worked out and I am very happy with their customer support!
