Today was supposed to be the final day of my treatment and the placement of my crowns. However, by this point I developed an acute inflammatory condition (dental abscess / gum infection).

For three days, I repeatedly informed the doctors about severe pain and asked for proper treatment because I felt that inflammation was developing. I could not sleep at night due to the pain. Despite my complaints, I was told that this was a “normal reaction” and that there was nothing to worry about. I have all photos and written communication saved as evidence.

As a result, the inflammation worsened and developed into an abscess exactly on the final day of treatment, when I am scheduled to travel back home tomorrow.

I consider it unacceptable to ignore a patient’s complaints and allow the situation to escalate to an acute infection right before crown placement.

I request that the clinic’s management and director personally review this case and provide an official response.

If this issue is not properly resolved, I will be forced to contact the relevant health authorities and regulatory bodies.

People, please be careful when choosing this clinic.

My experience with Laviva team was amazing from A to Z. From the moment I initiated the first phone call till I came back home with a happy smile. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, highly organised, excellent communicators and professional. Ismael, Mostafa, Kasem and Dr Waheed are super heroes. I can not thank them enough. The clinic is very clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing and classy. The accommodation and transport were fully co-ordinated and arranged by them, so I did not have to worry about that at all.
