Absolutely zero customer service and a complete failure on responsible gaming. I messaged through the in-game chat and followed up by email about getting responsible gaming tools/resolution. Two full days later, still no response in chat. Then I got an email claiming that only the in-game chat can provide responsible gaming tools—even though their own policy clearly says to email for that.

This is pure runaround. They advertise help and then make it impossible to actually get it. Non-existent support + contradictory instructions = predatory. Avoid.

I won $230 on yesterday for the 1st time of this site after playing for over a year here & there. My account os verified. I requested my redemption, moments later I received an email stating my redemption was declined by their processing team, NO REASON listed whatsoever! The email stated that I need to email them at some email link, which I did only to receive an automated email back stating this email is only for login issues and i need to go on the app and speak with customers service WHICH I did and its been 24 hours and no one responds to their live chat. Im not understand why the initial email didn't list the reason for my redemption being declined and what is needed, that's so bogus and then to send me an email that I can't get a valid response from
