Paid for rush my order it wasnt rushed and had no email back about my order either. It was meant to be delivered 1st April (I ordered it on 25th March) it arrived on the 5th april

Won’t be buying again looks cheap so he going in the bin don’t recommend

I’ve been buying for my granbabies from here for a few years the quality is amazing everything washes so well, the girls frilled pjs are the softest pjs ever!! The tracksuits are so soft and cosy ideal for winter, the shorts and jumper sets I use as travel outfits, raincoats are great for a coverup on top of activity clothes (ballet, swimming) the designs are the cutest so sad I will only get another couple of years from this brand

I ordered a cardigan which was sent incorrect & had a design I never asked for on. I was told send it back at my expense to Recive a refund after I had paid for all postage or accept a 30% refund. Even tho it was their mistake & I wasn’t going to loose more money to post it back out a full refund should have being offered due to it being their mistake. After seeing the quality of the product I wasn’t going to even consider ordering the correct product again & went elsewhere.

Beautiful quality bodysuits and very impressed!
I bought two of the same bodysuit in newborn and 0–3 months so for my hospital bag as unsure what size they’ll be in obviously lol. Even though I haven’t used them yet, I’m already so impressed with the quality. The fabric feels soft and well made, and the stitching is neat and strong. They arrived beautifully packaged too perfect for gifting or treating your own baby. Can’t wait to see my little one in them! Thank you.

I have bought from LLSB for the longest time now. My daughter’s almost 2. My opinion has completely changed from one simple act. They cancelled my order, probably because I used a free shipping code. They should remove it from their list of available coupons if they do not want people to use it. Yes, I have not given it the 3 days for them to respond to me. If they respond and reinstate the order I will delete or change my review. However I saw a review on here from somebody else’s order which was cancelled and there was no response to them. I’m irritated. It was literally a few minutes after I placed my order. Some may argue that I should not let one cancelled order change my entire opinion, but in my books somebody working as admin (I think there’s about 2 + the owner, who is lovely I must add). I don’t believe it’s her fault at all. Maybe it was a system error? I don’t think so. The email cancelling it said at the top an automated message about me requesting a cancellation. I obviously did not.

I just find it very sly and cheeky if somebody working there manually cancelled my order because I used a code which is their responsibility.

If that is the case, I will not purchase again.

The romper was lovely just on the add stated get a bow aswell so sent a email and still has no reply bit disappointing as I don’t like to mark people down but also don’t like being ignored on a genuine question
