I don’t usually leave reviews but I thought this time I had to.
1. Literally the best price I found anywhere online for both my bourbon bottles.
2. Delivery was incredibly speedy. Ordered from Madrid on Wednesday, had my bottles Friday morning.
I won’t look anywhere else from now on when buying whisky.

Don’t appear to value their customers
Ordered for Christmas and items failed to arrive until after Christmas. Just blamed the couriers. 🥱 No refund. Cursory few euros in voucher form to cover postage … thanks guys.

We are truly sorry that your order did not arrive in time for Christmas. We completely understand how disappointing it is when a delivery intended for such an important date is delayed.
During that period, shipping volumes increase significantly and, although we work closely with courier companies to meet delivery times, occasional logistical issues may arise that are unfortunately beyond our direct control. Even so, we always try to offer a solution, which is why we provided a voucher to compensate for the shipping costs.
We take feedback like yours very seriously, as it helps us continue improving both our coordination with courier services and the overall customer experience. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future and provide a much better experience.

Nice range and nice people
Nice range and nice people. Unfortunately they don't seem to understand the Spanish IVA rebate scheme for tourists who don't live in the EU .
Its all readily available on the Agencia Tributaria website if they search for Viajeros devolution de "IVA"

There should be Paypal, but it is not common in these types of online stores

On the 21st October ordered 2 bottles of Drambuie Liqueur the price was very good, on the 22nd I received notice it had been dispatched ,on the 23rd it was delivered in a protective box .

Lot's of choise
The price is important also the dilivery time.
Only did i not got a message when the package would be delivered. So now we were lucky that we were at home.
