If I could review with zero stars I would. Omg the smell on the dress I bought is absolutely horrendous. And they try to say it's disinfectant.....seriously? All I could smell was moldy fabric. It was over powering....and their response is just to air it out. I was supposed to get married in this dress in 6 weeks....not only that it looks very different from the picture.

Not replying to emails or website contact form
Ordered a dress on Saturday 5th April 2025. Didn’t get a confirmation email.luckily, I took a screenshot of the order being accepted so had a copy of the order number.
I’ve been trying to contact the company via their website but it keeps saying:
“Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later”.
Emailed the three times directly, still no response. Checked my credit card and payment has been taken. Not impressed with customer service. Going to process a chargeback through my credit card company and go back to hellymoon who I ordered from before, who, have a chat option, and got back to me within 20 minutes when I had a query.

Horrible return policy. My daughter ordered a dress for a wedding. The dress is awful. So ugly and did not fit even though we followed the size chart. They made us take pictures to prove we measured and then still wouldn’t give a refund for the dress. This is a China based company not in the United States as the websites makes you believe. So to return the dress will cost more than we paid. Who wants to pay a fortune for an ugly dress that doesn’t fit. An online company needs to have a good return policy if the items don’t fit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. You will only end up with junk.

Can’t return unwanted items
Ordered two dresses to pick one for daughter’s prom. Reasonable price and looked nice. Charged £36 for delivery, which should have been a red flag. Checked the website and it says you can return.
Luckily my daughter likes one of the dresses but we have tried to return the other (£118) Numerous e-mails all trying to convince me it isn’t worth the postage to China and that I should take a 15%refund and try to sell it myself. Would absolutely not recommend to others, a £95 dress has cost me £250 with postage.

Worst Return Policy
This company’s return policy is awful. I did not have a custom size. The issue was with the materials used. Beware that it is not a US company. It ships from China. I now have a dress that is ugly and received a 50% refund. If it doesn’t fit or what you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, you will lose funds and be stuck with a terrible product! I will never order from them again!!

They advertise as a US company, but they are not!!
Before my dress was ordered, I asked about returns. I was told if I didn’t like the dress they had a friendly return policy, and I world be able to do so. After receiving the dress, it was way too small even though I ordered based on their measurements. Now I am trying to return and they are giving me the run around. They are saying I would have to pay shipping back to China even though they advertise as a US company. It would cost me over half the price of the dress to ship. A company who shows they are a US company on their website skittles not make the customer send returns to China.

Distressing Wedding Dress Experience
I ordered a wedding dress and when it came, it was completely the wrong material. It was supposed to be entirely made of lace, but the bodice was a strange printed material, and of the three tiered layers of the skirt, only one was actual lace. The top layer was just plain lining material. When I first got in contact with their customer service, I was informed that as it was a custom size it could not be returned. I completely understand this, however my issue was not with the size (which was fine, if a little larger than the measurements I gave) but with the material fundamentally not being as advertised. After multiple emails back and forth and some insulting offers (including a discount gift card to spend back with them!) I finally negotiated a 45% refund - but that’s not really the point, is it? Getting a wedding dress that was nothing like the one listed was upsetting enough, dealing with their poor customer service compounded this.
Edit: I contacted them again as requested on their reply below, and just got a message saying my feedback was valuable and they’d pass it on. I’m not sure they understand what resolution means. Don’t waste your time with them and please learn from my expensive mistake.

Mouldy Dress
Very disappointing.
My wedding dress arrived covered and stained in black mould. It was damp to touch, smelled mouldy and was very creased.
Customer service went back and forth with emails asking for more and more photos which I provided.
They then sent me a photo they apparently took of my dress prior to them sending, stating it was fine when they sent it-inferring it was not their fault?
I have received a damaged dress, unwearable, cost me $360 and they are now ignoring my emails requesting a return address so they can inspect and refund. Their customer service is unprofessional, rigid and a complete scam. Not happy with Laveliya at all.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I've asked for the return address on more than one occasion. The dress is very small. It's doesn't fit. I just want my money back for the dress I'm not happy with. They want to give me a gift voucher but this isn't acceptable.

Wow what a horrible company
Wow what a horrible company! Please do not order from them. I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses on here and first of all they came wadded up in a ball all five of them and stuffed in a foot by foot package packing taped together. So of course they’re insanely wrinkly. They also got the color wrong. 2 of the 5 bridesmaid dresses were custom size and didn’t fit the bridesmaids at all. Who both of the bridesmaid have had custom dresses ordered before from other companies and have fit perfectly. I had many back and forth emails and the best they said they could do was give 40 percent back on the three dresses that weren’t custom size. And they kept blaming me for the color and wrong sizing so horrible customer service. Never order from them.

Wish I could give zero star
Wish I could give zero star. After buying a dress that looked so beautiful on their site, the actual dress that came was nothing like the photo. Cheap fabric and poorly made. I wanted to return for a refund because the customer has to bear the expensive return fee I was given the option of 15& refund and keep the dress or 30% store credit and keep the dress.

Avoid this company! Poor quality, wrong sizes/colour and no customer service
Ordered six bridesmaids dresses to match the colour in their online picture (purple). Dresses that turned up were red, shoved in to a page so very badly screwed up and creased and the sizes were completely out - not one of them remotely fitted despite us using the size guide. Have now contacted them three times to arrange a return and they don’t bother responding. Avoid this company - fabrics are cheap, they will arrive completely the wrong colour and all screwed up and the sizing will be nothing like normal UK sizes and their customer service team are non existent.

Dresses arrived after 6 weeks
Dresses arrived after 6 weeks. They were not anything like the photos, colour cheap fabric, fit. Had to go through 8 + drawn out emails to discuss getting any refund. They wanted to give 30% store credit then 40% I still pushed to send back and got '85%'- 15 goes to restocking, this was really way less though as it's refund minus the shipping which they charged $60+ aussie dollars. Save urself the painful experience buy in store or from a trusted online with transparent returns.

Won’t accept returns
Not great quality clothing and the worst part is you can’t return it.
Website and return policy clearly states that they allow returns however, trying to book in a return is almost impossible. They give you 14 days to return from receiving the dress and then delay answering your requests to return. They will try to do everything in their power to delay so you miss that 14 day return period and additionally refuse processing your return. I spent $350 on a dress I can’t use and they won’t accept it.

I ordered a dress for prom and it did not come as pictured. I tried to return process and I have been going back and forth with the contact support. I do not like this dress in the slightest and just want my money back and I feel as if this was a scam and I am extremely disappointed. I am trying everything to log back into my account to try and find my confirmation email which I never got. I will NEVER be ordering here again and this created such a block in my dress shopping this year. This company should be disappointed for taking advantage of teenage girls and their parents by shipping a dress that is not what they ordered and then refusing and being a hassle to return a dress or say they need to pay over $50 in shipping only to be offered a 30% refund (example found from another review).
