Subscription problem

I was added to a subscription without my knowledge, even though I did not select that option during the purchase. If there was any mention of it, it must have been hidden in fine print, as I never received any confirmation that I had been subscribed or anything that would have allowed me to prevent this.
The following month, money was taken from my account without my knowledge. As soon as I received the payment confirmation email, I immediately contacted them to stop it and to cancel the shipment. However, they claimed that this was not possible and that the product had already been sent.
That said, I never received any tracking number or any proof that the product was actually shipped.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend the way this company does business.

Thank you for your feedback but to clarify, customers are clearly presented with two options on the product page: “SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE” or “ONE-TIME PURCHASE.”

⚠️ This is not hidden in fine print, but shown directly on the PRODUCT PAGE and must be actively SELECTED in order to proceed. Our active subscribers can attest to this.

In addition, upon check-out, it will show "MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION" and an order confirmation email is automatically sent immediately after purchase, which clearly states that a subscription has been created. This serves as a second confirmation of the selected option.

Regarding your concern about the shipment: once an order has been processed and dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel it. This is standard for most e-commerce operations. Shipments in Norway are delivered as letters to your mailbox, therefore there is no tracking available.

We understand that subscription models can sometimes be overlooked if not reviewed carefully during checkout. However, based on our system records, the subscription was actively selected and confirmed twice during the purchase process.

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. Wanted to return product it’s been 4 days no reply with help. Why you need to contact the support team for return. So you can get frustrated right. Requested to cancel membership still no response. Feeling of getting scammed

We can see that you placed a FREE product trial order on January 30. As clearly stated during checkout, this trial includes an automatically created subscription, which can be cancelled anytime before the next shipment.

Regarding returns, customers are required to contact our support team so we can provide the correct instructions and monitor the case properly rather than relying solely on automated systems. 🙌

Your subscription has been CANCELLED. ✔️ While this was not confirmed earlier by the agent you initially spoke with, it has been processed on our end.

We have also already provided the return instructions and return address via email, and these are available on our website as well. Please note that we do not provide return labels. Once the package is returned and received at our facility, we can process a refund minus the 15 USD return fee, as the subscription package was shipped correctly according to the terms accepted at checkout.

Our sincerest apologies for any frustration, as that is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. At the same time, we hope it clarifies that the order and subscription were handled according to the terms shown at checkout, and our team has provided the necessary steps to resolve the matter.
