The Surveyor Tue Lehrmann was excellent. He responded to my request very quickly and turned the survey around promptly. He also made several minor changes and iterations at no extra charge. Very helpful and highly recommended.

We recently instructed Tue to carry out a survey on a property we were purchasing, and I genuinely could not have asked for a more thorough, professional, and supportive service.

The survey identified a number of significant issues, including damp in several areas, inadequate subfloor ventilation, roof defects, drainage concerns, urgent works required to the outbuilding, and uncertainty surrounding aspects of the extension. Tue carried out a full Level 3 structural survey for me on a maisonette in St Albans, and his work was outstanding from the very beginning. His report was thorough, clear, and delivered promptly, but what truly distinguishes Tue is everything he does after the survey.
He patiently responded to every one of my follow-up questions — on structure, acoustics, planning, insulation, heating systems, ventilation, radon, and even technical feasibility of improvement works. Planning permission application
Tue responded to my initial interest and visited the house, took several pictures and measurements. He then, over the next week managed to fill in the planning permission for new windows in a listed building. He followed the application through to a successful completion and his charge seemed very reasonable

Having recently been in the process of buying a property, I needed a level 3 RICS survey.
Having done some research online, I found Lausten Lehrmann and after a few emails & phone calls I engaged them to carry out a survey.
The turnaround was swift, competitive fee and excellent service from start to receiving a really thorough report.

I needed a highly competent, precise and patient surveyor to create plan drawings of my property. I have dyslexia and needed someone who could work with this as well. Tue was so professional, precise and has a wonderful work ethic. He went above and beyond in ways neither of us could have envisaged at the beginning of the project. He is ethical, kind and a better surveyor you simply will not find. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

TLDR: A great service from start to finish that exceeded my already high expectations.

I searched for quite a while to find a company/person to carry out a RICS level 3 home buyers survey. Due to the amount of investment involved in a property purchase, I placed high importance on finding someone extremely reliable and qualified to carry out the survey.

Lausten-Lehrmann's reviews stood out to me, as I simply could not find a single bad word written about the company. I was pleasantly surprised to find the initial quote both extremely prompt and relatively affordable (compared to other companies that I had investigated).

From start to finish, I dealt with Tue Lehrmann, who carried out the survey and provided me with the report. The report was compiled quickly (1.5 business days) and was far more detailed and helpful than I had been expecting. It is abundantly clear that not much goes unnoticed by Tue and that he is extremely competent in the service he provides.

After providing the report, I had a few extra questions for Tue regarding the feasibility of potential future work for the property, and once again, Tue was knowledgeable and prompt.
