I love going into the Walton Street and Sloan Square Boutiques..
I also buy on line too… many times for my daughter and granddaughter too.
Styles to suit all.. Laurence is very talented.

Absolutely shocking customer service - do not recommend.

I received a pair of Laurence Coste earrings as a birthday gift and simply wanted to exchange them for the exact same style in a different colour. Instead, I was met with a completely inflexible returns policy and a shocking lack of customer service.

Despite explaining that the earrings were a gift and that I had been overseas for my birthday, the boutique refused to make a straightforward colour exchange. To make matters worse, the sales assistant told me the earrings didn’t suit me and suggested I “gift them to a friend.”

For a brand positioning itself as luxury, this level of service is incredibly disappointing. Luxury is about the experience just as much as the product, and this felt anything but premium. There was no empathy, no flexibility, and no willingness to help resolve what should have been a simple issue.

What should have been my first positive experience with Laurence Coste has instead ensured it will be my last. I certainly won’t be recommending the brand to others.

I bought Ganet drop earrings for my son’s wedding. They arrived with clear plastic disc backs that were too loose to stay on the earring. They arrived with earrings just slid off. I had no butterfly backs that fitted either. I called the Walton St shop to explain. Spoke to a French woman who did not apologise, she did find my order and said she would find backs that fit and send them out urgently. This was Tuesday. I explained I needed them by Saturday. They haven't arrived. These earrings are currently unwearable. Im surprised by how cheap the backs were apart from the fact they didnt fit and unimpressed that some of the tiny stones were floating around in the box. Flimsy , cheap over priced tat . Such a disappointment. Look after your customers.

Order was perfect and dispatched immediately. The earrings are perfect and beautiful

I was helped regarding the delivery.
I noted that in the box one of the tiny jewels was already off the earring. I will attempt to glue it back on. However if I notice any more falling off I will expect a replacement.

I’m very happy with my beautiful product. Easy to order, good packaging. A bit slow in delivery.

One of the pairs of earrings arrived faulty and I haven’t been able to contact anyone to resolve it. But yet have been asked to do this review…

Fast shipping beautiful earrings that are a little different than norm!

The earings are lovely,a bit overpriced though

The earrings came broken. There was no response from the company. I ordered a new pair, paid for expedited shipping, and they are no where to be found. Again, no response from the company. Today I will contact the bank to recover payment. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Fraud, actually.

I went into the Sloane Street store today and was looked after by Phoebe. She was super helpful , very professional and friendly.
I bought a pair of Claris earrings and I am delighted with them, I bought a dress today for a wedding and they finish off my outfit.

They sent me the earrings quickly and oh my goodness they are gorgeous. I want to pick the perfect outfit to wear with them.

It was so easy, convenient and fast!
