Complete disaster
Just third delivery was a complete disaster: first time, linen was returned unwashed and second time, poorly washed and even dirty.
After all, I got an invoice for both deliveries despite discount promise.

2 pieces of my clothing were just left out in the hallway and not washed. My clothes smell very strongly of bleach and it’s not good at all.
