The first session of the North Star Guidance really helps you clarify who you are in ways that you would not normally think of and find out what is important to you.

I officially started with LY at the start of 2024, beginning with the best life blueprint which really had me look at my life and who I was, which helped me begin with a solid foundation. This was followed by several educational videos and educational resources so you were never lacking tools you need to build your online business. With mentors to help guide you on your journey and answer your questions. The LY community of entrepreneurs, willing to support you, sharing their journey's, helping you with questions/concerns they had resolved, which in turn now helps you. And now building something I love, with the help and guidance of LY.

I have been on this journey a while and the North Star guidance is absolutely brilliant. It really opens up your mind and allows you to be thoughtful about your vision and how you can achieve it. Fantastic.

While brand new to this journey, Launch You and the folks behind it, have built the most robust and thorough program for building an e-commerce business! What's most impressive to me is the amount of time spent (thus far) in getting into your own psychology and understanding what makes you tick, your core values, and behavior patterns to ensure what you are offering is aligned with your core values. It has been a fascinating process so far learning more about myself and understanding more about the e-commerce business and the endless opportunities for a place in this rapidly growing space. Best investment I've made in myself in a long time!

Dear Sive LaunchYou Support Team.

I am writing to submit a formal complaint and to request a full refund for all payments taken by Launch You, including:

$997 / £997 initial payment.

£75 / $99 subscription charge recently taken

Any other amounts charged without proper notice or authorisation, using my new card,how did they get my details.

1. Misrepresentation of Services

When I joined LaunchYou, it was clearly indicated that I would be able to learn affiliate marketing. This was the primary reason I joined. I followed the steps — “mindset”, “initial modules”, and the other introductory material — but there was no actual affiliate marketing training available unless I upgraded and paid more.

Your platform promoted additional programs such as Launchpad, Modern Wealthy, Accelerate, and constantly encouraged “book a call”, only to attempt upsells instead of delivering what was promised with the original payment.

For the price of $997, the training provided was nowhere near the value advertised, and certainly not what was represented before purchase.

2. Poor System Performance & Lack of Support

Last year, the platform had serious loading issues, delays, and missing content. When I reached out for help, support gave no real guidance, aside from a phone call which attempted to upsell me again.

There were no meaningful updates or improvements, and emails were inconsistent. The first email I had in months arrived only recently.

3. Subscription Money Taken Without Notice or Authorisation, zero notice even after complained
please stay away from this company.

LaunchYou took new payments from me without my new card details being provided and without any pre-warning, which is required under both UK consumer law and standard subscription billing practice.

I did not agree to continue any subscription after last year. In fact, I had requested a refund previously.

Yesterday I received an email from Siva, claiming he sent “many emails”. They were simply lip-service responses and did not resolve anything.
When he charged the £75 / $99, he told me this was “my subscription” and that I would receive no refund — yet he then cancelled the next yearly renewal. This is contradictory and unacceptable.

4. UK Consumer Rights

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, I am entitled to:

14-day right to cancel any digital services that do not deliver as promised

Full refund if services are misrepresented

Refund for any unauthorised or non-pre-notified charges

30 days for faulty, undelivered, or sub-standard digital services

Given that the core service I paid for was not provided, and additional charges were taken without consent or prior notice, I am fully within my rights to request a refund.

5. Formal Request

I am requesting:

Full refund of the original $997 / £997

Refund of the recent £75 / $99 charge

Confirmation that all subscriptions and future billings are fully cancelled

Failure to resolve this promptly will leave me no option but to:

Initiate a chargeback for all unauthorised and misrepresented charges

File a complaint with UK Trading Standards and my bank under misrepresentation and unauthorised billing

Provide all correspondence as evidence

I expect written confirmation of my refund within 7 days.

I started my business journey at launch u in january 2023. All the mindset things and foundation has helped me remembering my Why's in hard times. Now I have my dream business. The support team are fantastic. I have sent numerous texts / emails over the past several weeks. Within less than 12 hours to even as less than an hour you get a response. This is what i call five star service. Michele and Andreea in particular are truly wonderful. when your wanting an answer as soon as possible , you can be sure they are there for you. The whole Launch you team are most helpful. Oli , Craig and Michal are there every step of the way there to help you through the early steps in the journey and onward. I have a long way to go , but looking forward to each step of this new journey and a new challenge. If your reading this , and thinking about giving it a go, do it. Your not alone.

I started LaunchYou earlier this year and I've been very impressed with the quality of the program. The advisors, webinars, AI assistance and step-by-step modules, cover all apsects of building a lasting business. The program makes it very easy to progress steadily and provides a clear vision of your goals.
