The Best company to get out of your 9-5 Job
i've always been wanting to get out of the 9-5 rat race, so I had researched online businesses for the past 3 years, watched lots of youtube vids, then sometime back started with a digital marketing agency but wasn't able to pull along and things were difficult to understand. until recently I came across LMA. I am in progress now with the LMA program to launch my agency. I am please with the program.
The program assigns you to a mentor, a seasoned coach if you will, who has extensive marketing experience running their own agency. After being in the program I can easily see how a good mentor could make or break my experience, depending on how involved they are in my setup.
I was assigned Sergio as my mentor. I’m thankful that I was! He is always available for input and even prepares helpful instructional videos to share.
The thing about your mentor is that you can utilize their help as much as you like or as little as you like. There are days when I ask Sergio 20 questions, whereas other days we don’t communicate. The point is that I control how much help I need and Sergio is always available.
Sergio is truly invaluable in my opinion. You don’t have to take a chance on getting assigned to Sergio, you can request him. You won’t be disappointed!

When signing up
When signing up, I was told there would be no rescheduling if I missed the meeting. I have been waiting for 30 minutes since the time we were supposed to be on a zoom call. Very bad first impression, but it gave me time to check the online reviews for them. I don't want to work with a company that expects me to be perfect, then does not act perfect in response.

I can post the exact conversation for anyone who wishes to read how the conversation went. There was NEVER any attempt to reschedule with me, only an excuse was provided(a day later, and I was told I was contacted because of this review that I left, not because they dropped the ball), presumably by AI and not a real person. There was NEVER any threats made to your company by me! That is outright slander from you and your company to lie about that! I just re-read the conversation to double check if anything could be misunderstood and taken as a threat, but there was nothing like that. You keep proving that your company is nothing but a scam by trying to lie and discredit the honest reviews people give you!

We were then confused and quite shocked when you met our team with a threat: unless we provided free services you would leave us this bad review and continue to leave it up until we did.

They Took My Money and Ran. Avoid at All Costs
I signed up with Launch My Agency (LMA) based on their bold promise to help build and scale a marketing agency to $100K a year within 90 days, or continue working with you until that goal is met. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was promised.
After paying a hefty fee (in the thousands), the support I received was minimal and ineffective. Despite following their guidance and putting in considerable effort, I only secured a single client, generating $7,000 in revenue. This was well below the promised income, and the support from LMA fell short of what was advertised.
What’s most concerning is that even though we went well beyond the 90-day period, LMA did not honor their commitment to work with me until I achieved $100K annually. Instead, after about six months, they abruptly offboarded me from their platform without explanation or further support.
It appears that LMA’s strategy may be designed to keep clients just long enough to surpass the six-month window, after which filing a dispute with credit card companies becomes challenging. This timing feels far from coincidental, raising serious concerns about their business practices.
While they technically provided some services, the results were negligible compared to the promises made, and the lack of accountability post-offboarding was extremely disappointing. If you’re considering LMA, I strongly recommend proceeding with caution and thoroughly scrutinizing their contract and refund policies. My experience suggests that their promises are more marketing hype than genuine commitment to your success.
If you decide to hire them despite my experience, make sure you hold them accountable for 5 months. If they don't meet their promises, request a refund immediately or file a dispute with your credit card company. DO NOT wait for 6 months to do this.

You originally joined June 7th, 2023 (see Attachment 1) which would make your end date September 7th, 2023 (your original timeline with us). Your final day ended up being June 5th, 2024 (see Attachment 2). That is a total of 12 months (we're not sure where you calculated 6 months).
During the program, we can extend your time working with our team if you have not reached the projection we set, at no charge, so long as the terms are met. Terms in which we outline clearly in your client agreement and within the first 5 videos of the video curriculum (at the time of writing this response). Our records show you watched that video in full, proving you were aware of the terms (Video 4 in Attachment 3). If you were not comfortable with these terms, you ultimately should not have decided to proceed.
The terms are specifically set as action items that, if you complete them, should yield you progress and results while in the program. And if not, we are happy to extend your time working with us, at no charge so long as the terms are continued to be met.
For those of you reading, these terms include:
- Complete the entire curriculum training videos (for reference, can be done at your own pace. Whether it's 6 or 3 hours a week, or even less to finish and still have more than half the program time left. We can help you adjust to your schedule).
- Utilize the organic LinkedIn Lead Generation system we teach consistently which is specified and only requires a couple hours a week.
- Submit your weekly check-ins (helps our Agency Advisors assist you in real time, every week).
- Etc.
Despite the fact you did not qualify to continue working with us for free, we continued to provide services, access, and support until June 5th, 2024. That's when you were sent your recap email with everything that had been done for you and organizing your files, along with a consultation video showing how to best continue with your business.
You mentioned "they technically provided some services". However you received our full scope plus 9 months of additional services, valued at over $22,500 on top of your original 3 months with us which we decided not to bill you for at the time. Services which you were excited for, appreciated, and approved (Attachments 4-15). More specifically saying it's valuable in Attachment 7. We generated 179 leads with 55 booked calls. These are 234 opportunities most businesses would love to have. Your closer, Hisham, then closed your $7K deal you referenced.
You had plenty of opportunities and potential which we wanted to help with but we could not continue this work for free. Reminder: the free work you did not originally qualify for.
You mentioned "they abruptly offboarded me from their platform without explanation or further support". You still have access to our curriculum. You also had a consultation call with your Agency Advisor prior to parting ways where you were told of the end date, and were reminded to follow up with the 234 leads you were not responding to. You thanked us and realized the value of doing so.
You then had a final call May 31st, 2024 finalizing your end date. You had access to gather assets or ask questions until June 5th, when our team sent you the recap email to make sure you had all of your assets.

Good at marketing their program, not good at building an agency for me
I signed up for the full done for you program Launch My Agency/CANZ offers. I have over 20 years of marketing experience and had been interested in starting an agency for quite a while. I saw their advertising and listened to their sales pitch believing that this organization could launch an agency for me due to their done for you promises. I watched their trainings, completed all of the worksheets and setup documents, and ran extensive LinkedIn connection campaigns - and they began advertising for me to get leads. They ran ads for about a month without generating any leads. The quality of the design and messaging was not good and I sent them examples of good design and messaging to improve. The only change they were willing to make was asking me to make a video to put on the landing page. I went back and forth with them on the basics in design and messaging that needed to be improved without any success, so I then put a lot of effort into writing and recording this sales video. They posted on the otherwise unimproved landing page, but then never resumed the lead gen campaign and dismissed me from the program days later.

You officially joined Launch My Agency on May 12th, 2023 and should have ended August 12th, 2023 based on our 90 day agreement.
During the program, we can extend your time working with our team if you have not reached the projection we set, at no charge, so long as the terms are met. Terms in which we outline clearly in your client agreement and within the first 5 videos of the video curriculum (at the time of writing this response). Our records show you watched that video in full, proving you were aware of the terms (Video 4 shown in Attachment 1).
One of the terms you did not meet included the LinkedIn Strategy (which you took responsibility for your delays at the time in Slack, on calls, and your check-ins see Attachments 2-8). Despite not qualifying for complimentary extensions, we still provided them to you until July 19th, 2024 which we did not bill you for. That is 11 months that included support, access to the team, and ongoing done-for-you services valued over $27,500 on top of what you received in your original 90 day agreement.
Despite not qualifying for these extensions to be complimentary, we decided not to bill you at the time because we truly wanted to help. We are also not perfect and understood it took some time to bring your design ideas to life. Which is normal in any process trying to take an idea from one person's brain, to another person's, then on paper. In working together, we eventually did get your approval on our services, including the designs you mentioned showing we dedicated the resources to get the job done for you (attachments 9-13). Nonetheless, we still wanted to help.
Your point about making a video to put on the landing page: we understood this was difficult for you. In your words, calling yourself an "introvert". Our team came to the conclusion that it would help based on the data we received from your marketing. There was a drop-off specifically from people who arrived to your landing page. This could be for a few reasons which we concluded could be helped by the use of a VSL (Video Sales Letter).
We offered to do this for you but you wanted to do it on your own. Which took you over 1.5 months. You asked us to make a list of changes along with the VSL, but testing too many variables at once does not allow us to see what indeed was wrong or right. Therefore we make changes in phases and progress from there.
In response to your mention "They posted on the otherwise unimproved landing page, but then never resumed the lead gen campaign and dismissed me from the program days later." This was after 11 months of extensions, services provided, and expenses covered which we have not billed you for. We could no longer sustain free work to you. We do understand how you feel but it was, after all, free. Our team explained this to you on call, email, gave you time to gather items, and finally sent you a recap email with everything so you could continue your business should you decide to continue without us.

I found the program to be highly substantive, with a robust roadmap to build a thriving agency. I also found the team to be highly professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they have been very transparent and honest with me, keeping their word/promises. I was fairly skeptical since most of the correspondence occurs online; however, the company is highly credible and sincere.
