Great Service! We purchased a laptop and Microsoft package. The laptop is great - arrived quickly and we are not disappointed (Lenovo ThinkPad). When submitting our Microsoft Office order (great deal), I made a mistake typing our email address. I wrote for assistance on Sunday and to my surprise, the matter was resolved immediately. No hoops, no back and forth - they just fixed my type-o and I was up and running without delay. Very Impressed!

This is a wonderful company; I love them to death. I was not very experienced, and they helped me all the way through. They helped me step by step. They were always so polite when they answered my emails. I recommend them very highly. I give them 1000 stars for their help. No matter how many times I emailed them, they were right there to help me.

I accepted an offer to join Sam’s Club at a great rate. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to apply the offer because I’m a former Sam’s Club member. According to Sam’ Club, my previous membership was only 5 months ago; in order to use the offer, it has to be over 6 months!

I reached out to GoFun. They were prompt and very responsive. They understood my issue and immediately credited my bank account! To be honest, I anticipated going back and forth with customer service regarding a refund!

I had mistakenly entered the wrong email address when redeeming a Microsoft Office product. I emailed support, and within minutes, they emailed me a new code, and I was able to download my purchase.

Ally at customer service service was great! I had an issue with Groupon that I believe was a technical issue regarding Groupon's redemption button that would not respond when I clicked to redeem.
Ally was quick to respond and did everything on her side to help, and finally somehow the issue was resolved after a few days of trying over and over again, I was finally able to redeem and reserve my parking spot.

Honest and the best customer service experience.
I bought Microsoft package some 2 years ago and honestly completely forgot about it, but when I did remember i checked my email a couple times and couldn't locate the key (perhaps it went to junk and I didn't pay attention for at least a year). 2 years later, one fine night I just decided to send an email to see if anything could be done. I'd be honest, I just never expected a response, but lo and behold, launching deals comes to the rescue. Not only did they respond, provided me with all the information, guided me through the whole process, gave me the key, and throughout this whole process, they were extremely respectful, kind courteous and professional. Thank you so much, I really needed help to finish very important paperwork and now I can.

When I first used Launching Deals it was a year ago when I bought a bundle for Microsoft office. Once I bought it, they sent the code way before the said time. Now, I didn’t use the code until this year and that’s when I realized they only sent one. Not too long ago, I emailed them and told them the situation, and even though it was over a year, they still helped me with no problem. If that’s not customer service then I don’t know what is.
