We bought VIP for our arrival at Ben Gurion. They gave us back our passports at the end without the blue slip (proving our entry status into the country), meaning we were then liable for VAT at our hotel. They then refused to sort out a car for us to take us to the airport for reprinted blue slips. We feel completely scammed. This isn’t a VIP service to make travel trouble-free. I’ll never use them again.
