What a strange company

What a strange company. Their sales are very good, but I have never before come across an organisation that flatly refuses to communicate with me. An item I paid for was out of stock, and was missing from the order. I was offered the chance to choose another item (rather than a refund) which I did. Then... nothing. Emails went unanswered, it was a complete dead end. Eventually, after a number of calls and emails, I received a response. Kate in customer services said she had been on annual leave (at the busiest time of the year, and during a sale, without setting up an out-of-office response to her email), but assured me it would be sent out. Then... nothing. On chasing I was told the warehouse person was off sick, and it would be sent out. Then... nothing. Chased again - it was out of stock (not sure how it got sent out to someone else while the warehouse person was off sick). I asked for a refund - which should have been offered from the outset - but the email has not been acknowledged. It is the most frustrating company to deal with. They will take your money and then either lie to you or ghost you.

Still awaiting a refund.....

I ordered some coasters online and paid for them in June 2023. I chased at least 4 times and was told the supplier wasn't able to get them. I was offered a refund in October as they were unable to fulfil the order and since then have been chasing my refund! Keep getting told that Accounts haven't gotten back to customer services yet! I don't normally leave reviews but there seems to be no alternative to warn others!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on the 1/1/23, item still not received. I have been trying for months to get a refund. Management and accounts team not replying to my emails. You can't speak to anyone, message suggests they are always talking to another customer. They do not return the call when message left. Now having to go to trading standards for advice.

Having just read others reviews I am not the only one awaiting a refund!

I ordered a jug two months ago online to be told instantly they couldn’t order it in as they hadn’t met the minimum order with the supplier. They said I can pick something else or get a refund. I asked for a refund and they said I would receive it within 14 working days. It has now been two months and nothing. I’ve had constant email correspondence where they have told me it’s going to be refunded and it hasn’t been. It’s a complete shambles. I’ve had to contact my bank now to get the money back from them. Awful customer service- shop elsewhere.

Excellent customer services…

Kate was an excellent customer services advisor.
Not only did she solve my issues with my missing order but she was able to complete this order in a generous way and provide me with more than I had originally ordered.
I could not rate her highly enough and feel that this reflects also on the Latzio customer service team. At least 5 stars!

They won’t give me my money back for a refund.

Beware of Latzio! I splurged on an Elie Bleu humidor for my husband's milestone birthday last February. Despite their promise for a July delivery, I got an email stating a shocking one-year delay. Skeptical, I contacted the manufacturer only to find out that Latzio never even placed the order and had cut ties with them. Furious, I demanded a £2800 refund, but it's been over a month of stalling and excuses. I'm not hesitating to escalate this matter with my credit card company. Their lack of transparency and accountability won't go unnoticed. I won’t be buying from this company ever again. My fault for choosing an unknown company and going against the reviews I had read about them previously. It’s so sad when business do this to people who would like to give them a chance. Never again! My biggest issue now is that they won’t give me my money back.

Arrived in less than a day

Ordered a beauty bag, arrived next day, in less than 24 hrs from placing order. It was nicely packed within a lovely bag and very well protected. Would definitely order again.

Serax - Dinnerware

I have purchased a couple of products from Latzio, in the past and just recently I placed an order for some new Serax Dinnerware and although a couple of items arrived ever so slight imperfect ( I don’t blame Latzio for this) I sent an email explaining this to the customer service department and within a matter of a few mails exchanged between Kate and myself we had this issue resolved.
The customer service I have received from her has been outstanding, so Thank You to Kate, and also the rest of team at Latzio - This is how all online shopping should be and will be my go to store for all interior needs .

I should have read the reviews about refunds...

Refunds, it seems, is a major problem with this site. Now a month later after numerous emails to/from Kate (mostly apologies for the slowness of accounts due to end-of-year accounts), still nothing. If I have to write this off then I am going to trading standards and my bank for fraudulent activity. I really wanted to support small businesses but it's back to the big boys after this experience. Shame really...
