Outstanding Product...Outstanding Customer Service.

Despite some mind bending issues that the company experienced with UPS trying to get the Arco Headphone Stand to me in the UK from Portugal, the client support by Chris of LATR.design was absolutely above and beyond what you could hope for. It was the first time they had shipped to the uk so a learning experience, but he took full ownership and sorted the problem out with regular updates and contact regarding what was happening. I always say judge someone by the way they handle the problem rather than the problem itself. I wish every company I bought from had the same approach as Chris. Outstanding.
And the product.....exquisite and extremely high quality. Worth every penny and well worth the wait. Thank you.
