Scam company - It keeps trying to change my card and do not reply any emails
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding unauthorized charges to my account following the cancellation of a free trial.
I initiated a free trial through Apple and subsequently cancelled it well before the trial period ended. To ensure confirmation, I also sent an email to your company requesting verification of the trial cancellation.
Despite these actions, on June 28, 2025, the end date of the 7-day trial, an attempt was made to charge my card for 89.99 euros. This transaction was declined due to insufficient funds. Following this, I contacted your company via email for the second time to inquire about this charge, but I received no response.
Subsequently, on May 31st, another charge attempt for 89.99 euros was made. I contacted your company a third time to complain about these unauthorized charges and the lack of communication, but again, I received no reply.
Furthermore, I have encountered significant issues with your app. There is no apparent option to delete my account within the application. When attempting to cancel the account, the app redirects to a browser login. After logging in and requesting account deletion on the browser, I am then prompted to download the app, creating an endless and frustrating loop that prevents me from deleting my account. Despite this, my account currently indicates that I have no active membership.
Out of concern for further unauthorized charges, I contacted my bank, Chase, and requested that they block your company from making any future debits to my credit card. They have confirmed that this action has been taken.
However, despite the cancellation, my attempts to contact you, and the bank's intervention, another charge attempt of 89.99 euros occurred today, June 4, 2025.
I demand to know why these repeated attempts to charge me are being made despite my trial cancellation and the lack of response to my multiple emails. ThisIS a fraudulent activity. I expect an immediate explanation for these charges, confirmation that no further charges will be attempted, and a resolution to the issue preventing me from deleting my account.
SUMMARY:
So WHY THEY KEEP CHARGING 90 euros every other day and do not reply to any emails at all? That is a fraud, a scam, a robber, liar, rubbish and deserves to be prosecuted. Utterly disgusting behaviour, illegal and criminal!
