Subscription never ends, long dispute

I signed up and the transcriptions are awful and inaccurate. Comically so. I canceled. I got charged again the following year. I had to dispute and cancel the credit card number. Have yet to hear back from them. Do not ever give this company your credit card number!

Fraud.

Absolute bunch of fraudsters. I try to cancel my subscription, which I have not consented to in the first place. So when I enter my "customer portal", there is NO unsubscribe option, only upgrade! Screenshots have been made and will be sent to Barclays' fraud department on Monday for a full chargeback and investigation. No option to end subscription is a FRAUD!!! By the way, in case the company replies saying its cookies or cache, NO, IT IS NOT. I tried in two laptops- one personal, one work and on my smartphone. The same problem- no unsubscribe button. The unsubscribe option is non-existent on your website. Deliberately. Well, your shoddy little business will be coming to an end on MONDAY when I will send my bank screenshots and a nice little video of a walk-through on the customer portal in search of that non-existent unsubscribe button/link.

Please allow us to clarify: the unsubscribe option is available, but not from the Stripe customer portal (which only allows you to manage billing details and upgrades). As clearly outlined in our support materials and confirmation emails, your subscription is managed from your La Touche Musicale personal account, accessible via our main platform – not Stripe.

Here’s how to cancel your subscription in a few simple steps:
1. Log in to your client area here: https://hub.latouchemusicale.com/auth/login
2. Once logged in, go to your account page: https://hub.latouchemusicale.com/my-account
3. In the “My subscription” section, click on “Cancel” and confirm

This will immediately schedule your cancellation for the end of your current billing period – and no further charges will occur.

We have no interest in making cancellations difficult – transparency and trust are central to how we operate. We’re also happy to assist directly if you prefer we process the cancellation on your behalf.

We remain available to help resolve this quickly and peacefully, and we sincerely hope to restore your trust.

The App is Junk

The company offers a free trial, but the program glitches, and doesn't recognize the midi USB device. There is no help to be offered, and no contact information on the website. I only began, and I cannot successfully use it, and will not recommend it. I want a refund.

Scam company - It keeps trying to change my card and do not reply any emails

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding unauthorized charges to my account following the cancellation of a free trial.
I initiated a free trial through Apple and subsequently cancelled it well before the trial period ended. To ensure confirmation, I also sent an email to your company requesting verification of the trial cancellation.
Despite these actions, on June 28, 2025, the end date of the 7-day trial, an attempt was made to charge my card for 89.99 euros. This transaction was declined due to insufficient funds. Following this, I contacted your company via email for the second time to inquire about this charge, but I received no response.
Subsequently, on May 31st, another charge attempt for 89.99 euros was made. I contacted your company a third time to complain about these unauthorized charges and the lack of communication, but again, I received no reply.
Furthermore, I have encountered significant issues with your app. There is no apparent option to delete my account within the application. When attempting to cancel the account, the app redirects to a browser login. After logging in and requesting account deletion on the browser, I am then prompted to download the app, creating an endless and frustrating loop that prevents me from deleting my account. Despite this, my account currently indicates that I have no active membership.
Out of concern for further unauthorized charges, I contacted my bank, Chase, and requested that they block your company from making any future debits to my credit card. They have confirmed that this action has been taken.
However, despite the cancellation, my attempts to contact you, and the bank's intervention, another charge attempt of 89.99 euros occurred today, June 4, 2025.
I demand to know why these repeated attempts to charge me are being made despite my trial cancellation and the lack of response to my multiple emails. ThisIS a fraudulent activity. I expect an immediate explanation for these charges, confirmation that no further charges will be attempted, and a resolution to the issue preventing me from deleting my account.

SUMMARY:
So WHY THEY KEEP CHARGING 90 euros every other day and do not reply to any emails at all? That is a fraud, a scam, a robber, liar, rubbish and deserves to be prosecuted. Utterly disgusting behaviour, illegal and criminal!

As your subscription was made through the Apple App Store, all billing (including free trials, renewals, and cancellations) is fully managed by Apple. For privacy reasons, we unfortunately have no access to these transactions and cannot act on your behalf.

We’ve invited you in our reply to check the status of your subscription in your Apple account, and to send us a screenshot if possible. If Apple is still attempting charges, it likely means the cancellation was not completed successfully.

We also explained that we prefer confirming the subscription has been properly canceled before deleting your account, to avoid any future issues on Apple’s side.

We’re here to help and will do everything we can to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

BEST piano app/slash website!!

This app and website is literally out of my dreams! Everything you could ever think of to make learning new songs more pleasant and easier!
And you can even add your own songs! But they also have great songs on the app & website unlike literally every other app or website i have tried and really tried every app that i ever found.
I'm just so crazy thankful for having found La Touche music. You've got all my love!!
