I am using latenode for more than 2 month now and am pretty happy with the customer support and the value overall. I can also recommend it to non tech people.

I canceled and they restarted my subscription and took my money without permission. Ive tried to resolve but nobody is responding.

Such a shame as I only cancelled because we didnt need it for a few months. I would have gone back but not now if they cannot be trusted with financial data.

Latenode is a great alternative to other major AI Agent tools, since: 1. The Overlay is really beginner-friendly, 2. You can use it for free, 3. Latenode includes a lot of resources to use!

My experience has been really great. I used the automation tools to save time on doing repetitive administrative tasks. I used it mainly in academic settings, and it helped to automate some processes that usually take a long time, like transcribing, analysing and reviewing.

I just moved from Make and I feel so excited about the possibilities on this platform. I particularly like that, unlike Make, they charge per execution of a scenario instead of module/node. Then there's also the JS code node - that is a winner for me. I'm still trying to get the hang of how it, so hopefully I will have more to say after some time.

I am coming after spending time among Zapier, IFTTT, Make, n8n. I like Latenode visual style, clear and better pricing for all us, small users. If everything goes well through the trial and couple months I will end up in lifetime deal as it is the best you can get currently on the market.
Latenote is growing by every new update and new services are being added. I like the roadmap as well so keep it up Latenode team!

Latenode platform offers me so much freedom in automations and it's very easy to use. Also their support are very responsive and honest. I like the UI of the platform and how everything works.

Latenode is an affordable automation that is easy to use and also has a quick customer support that usually replies at least once a day and helps you a bit with your automations.

I'm new, so this may not be as easy as Zaoier, however, they have customer service (Real humans) to answer your questions. (And this is a lot cheaper than Zapier.)

I like it, It's better than make.com to me. And the customer service is good, I feel like I always have my personal IT support for real LOL.

At last—Automation that Won't Break the Bank or My Brain

As a seasoned Make user (and a die-hard JavaScript developer that's spent several years immersed in AI workflows), I took this leap reluctantly. But boy—Latenode really performs.

I initially set out looking for something that was less expensive than Make, anticipating that it would mean sacrifices in features or flexibility. What I got was better. Latenode's pricing scheme is sanity-inducing, and its flexibility overshadows any of the competition.

I rely heavily on automation for online advertising and streamlining processes in several webshops. Latenode executed every quirky edge case I subjected it to, and then requested even more. The JavaScript nodes driven by AI are truly impressive—it's like having an industrious junior dev who doesn't mouth off.

After weeks of field use, I've officially abandoned Make and never glanced back. Latenode is not merely a less expensive alternative—it's a better one.

Much better than Make. It has better logic handling of nodes and loops, AI steps, and Javascript code running nodes that are really games changes. Plus, its price is better.
