I did order a custom size fire hatch.

I did order a custom size fire hatch from this company. At arrival it had the wrong size and was damaged during transport. I wanted my money back. The company promised me a refund, but they did not send any money. I did ask for refund many times, but then they gave me no reply and no monay sent to me. This company has no control over production, transport and has bad customer service refusing to refund money.
Putting out this report here on Trustpilot seemed to work. They refunded my money now.
