I requested cancellation of my order…
I requested cancellation of my order immediately after being informed that the main item I wanted was out of stock. The company acknowledged my request (“got it”) but failed to actually cancel the order.
Instead, they continued trying to push replacements I explicitly declined, and then stopped responding. I had to follow up multiple times and still did not receive a cancellation confirmation.
This is poor customer service and feels intentionally obstructive. When a customer clearly asks to cancel, it should be processed promptly - not ignored while alternatives are pushed.
Would not order again.
